The staff were very nice and helpful.
Taco de lungua was not good. Lengua was tough and chewy with no flavor. Tortilla tasted raw.
Chorizo burrito wasn't too bad but still not good. It was big. Chorizo was over cooked and the eggs as well.
Tamarindo drink was from concentrate and was very sweet.
The atmosphere was too commercial, like a fast food restaurant.

This place is delicious! I was really excited when this place opened, and they've greatly exceeded my expectations!
In the past week, I've tried a birria plate with beans and rice as well as a chorizo breakfast burrito, and they've both been excellent. I've tried every breakfast burrito for at least 10 square miles, and this is one of my all-time favorites. The seasoning that they use in their meats is sweet but also spicy and savory.
The restaurant is also very clean and spacious, and the food is usually ready very quickly whether you order at the store or online. I love to see another great, non-corporate restaurant filling the spaces in this shopping center near BJ's and the new Indian restaurant a few doors down!
Vegetarian options: Although most of the food contains meat, it's easy to have the cooks remove meat from the plate to make them vegetarian.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheelchair-accessible parking spots in front of the store and ramps that are easy to navigate.

Save yourself the trouble. Carne asada was mostly gristle. The the lengua was flavorless. The chicken was greasy. The flan tasted like nothing. All of this for an outrageous price to boot. The employees all seem pissed off to even be there. At least the place was clean.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.

If I could give them more stars I would!
Hands down one of THE best mexican restaurants I've been to in Chino Hills! It's so hard to find good birria around here and this place is top tier!! The food in general is amazing! The workers are so nice and have great customer service very friendly polite. The place is also always super clean! I highly recommend this place, to anyone that wants some good food!

The carnitas were fresh and delicious. The carne asada was good, I wasn’t a fan of the chicken. Loved that they have a salsa bar.

Good portion sizes. Their burritos and quesadillas are good. Love the rice and beans here. They taste really delicious.
They are sweet enough to accommodate your request to customize your meal to meet any dietary restrictions. I was able to customize my quesadilla to include bean and cheese instead of just cheese that is pretty much the only option if you are a vegetarian at most Mexican restaurants.
They have a nice small salsa bar which is a huge plus! Not many restaurants have this option these days.
However would love to see more flavor in the salsa, they can get bland. Also may be a new flavor of salsa (spicer the better - maybe habanero?).
Dining area could use some help. Could be maintained better - visited enough to be able to observe and comment.
