This place was really cute with a nice vibe. The menu had a lot of interesting drinks to choose from. There was plenty of seating with wall plugs to charge your phone or laptops. The workers were very kind and made the orders very quickly.
I only had a couple of complaints.
There was no AC in the building so it felt pretty hot to sit in there.
This place is pretty close to Chino Chaffey College, so I decided to sit here for a little to do school work, but they didn't seem to have a Wi-Fi I could connect to.
And the final main thing was the lack of nutritional information for the food. Their website and their menus did not show the amount of calories I was consuming for popcorn chicken or any food items or drinks. I also ordered a coffee drink and I couldn't get a clear answer on how much caffeine was in my drink.
Genuinely some of the worse customer service ever! It’s almost laughable how rude they are 😂
Tastea Jugs that are perfect for parties! Not many boba places around here sell gallon sizes. Jugs are made to order and boba comes fresh on the side.🧋
Today my partner and I went to the store while a kind woman behind the counter was dealing with an angry customer. The customer was disrespecting her, bringing up her sister's status as an employee there and wanted to call the head of the company. This girl did an absolutely amazing job handling this Karen, and afterwards I threw some compliments her way through one of her coworkers while the same angry customer cursed me out with her friend for meddling. To the woman who had to deal with this nightmare, you are amazing and you deserve all the compliments in the world. And to the Karen, you may be young but that doesn't stop you from acting like an entitled brat. Wonderful service, wonderful people!!!
This is one of my favorite boba spots! Joanne Is the best she’s always happy to help and just has positive energy overall, big thank you to her!
Always solid and highly recommend
Looking for something sweet, we stopped by Tastea after eating at the Local Thai restaurant a few doors down.
We ordered a peach oolong milk tea and lychee freeze. The lychee freeze was basically a lychee slurpee, in a good way. The peach oolong milk tea was a lighter version of oolong, but with a hint of peach. It was surprisingly good and can't wait to get another. Hopefully it's not seasonal.
The staff was friendly, the store was clean and prices were on par with that of other tea shops.
Great selection and service.
They have any kind of tea, boba, slushee you could want and they are all delicious
Chalky texture, aftertaste was bad, low flavor. Wasted $7. Unexpected.
