I had been here before, prior to the change in ownership, and since it’s close to my dentist, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
Despite being the only customer in line, I wasn’t acknowledged or even greeted, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” Kinda greeting that you normally hear at busy coffee shops. I initially let it slide, thinking maybe the barista didn’t notice me. However, when she finally took my order, her attitude was unwelcoming. She looked like she was miserable working there!
Anyhow, I ordered a Biscoff latte, but it was extremely watered down and lacked flavor. The place itself is spacious, with a few people working on their laptops, likely students or remote workers.
Overall, it was not a great visit. I gave it three stars in hopes that when I return in a couple of months, I’ll have a better experience.

I like this place and the coffee is good. Above average for sure. But the service is ssslllooowww. Took 30 minutes for a cappuccino and avocado toast. Just keep that in mind when ordering. Otherwise it’s the best coffee in Chino Hills.

Such a cute spot a little hidden inside a complex but the place is super cute ! Plenty of seating inside and tasty coffee options ! They even have food and vegan donuts !! Will have to come back and try other drinks and a donut but I’m just getting a sea salted caramel latte !! It’s delicious ? a little on the sweet side though .

Good coffee, the baristas are nice. The signature drinks are strong! There is a weird penguin children’s house inside. The interior needs some updating.

This place is a disaster. The management is clearly clueless. I've witnessed multiple instances of poor customer service and employee mistreatment. It's obvious the owners have no idea how to run a successful coffee shop. With such a toxic environment, it's no surprise the place is always understaffed and the quality of service is terrible. I highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs!

Decent cute little coffee place!!

Tucked away in an industrial complex. Pay attention to the suite letters. I wished I'd ordered the avacado just like my daughter did. The vegan toast was not available. Otherwise, I would have ordered it instead of the brioche breakfast sandwich, which was so so.It's just a small hole-in-the-wall kinda place.

- Went here for refreshments after a hike at a nearby Chino Hills trailhead and the iced teas were definitely refreshing!- Commending also the avocado toast (not too salty)- Still got a nice view of Mt. Baldy inside the cafe- Staffs were kind and approachable- A very chill cafe w/ clean and sleek interiors

Very slow service. If, I didn't have somewhere to go, I'd be a nice to relax. But, 20 minutes to get a americano is ridiculous. Several customers ahead of me but still way to slow. I received my coffee before the guy ahead of me got his. He was not happy. So, very slow service, the workers seemed to be busy, but at the same time lots of laughing going on behind the counter. When service is slow don't be laughing it up behind the counter. That makes me believe the service can be much better. No sorry for the delay or thanks for you patience. The americano was very good but too any other coffee places nearby.

We ordered hot mocha and rose latte. Mocha was super sweet felt like they added 10pumps of sugar syrup and rose latte didn’t taste like rose at all.
