The Dirty Penguin is hands-down the best coffee shop in Chino Hills. Their Honey Lavender iced coffee is absolutely delicious; refreshing, unique, and full of flavor. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is vibrant and full of energy, making it a perfect spot to get work done or simply enjoy the day. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting environment that keeps you coming back.

First time trying The Dirty Penguin and it was great! The ube latte was delicious, the staff were really friendly, the parking was easy, and the vibes inside were really chill. Definitely could come here to enjoy a fun coffee and get some work done.

The place is big and spacious.
The girl working looked like she was solo but she was very nice.
The menu is easy to read and has lots of options to choose from.
I chose the ube latte and tbh I was not a fan of it.
I love ube so no this is not my first time trying it. I think for me it lacked on the ube flavor and just tasted a little watered down/milky..
The toasted coconut on top helps a little bit to give the drink some flavor but that's about it.
Im not going to be super negative about this place because everything else was great.
Will probably be back to try something different and see if i like it better

Excellent coffee

My daughter Luna loved Jayla the young woman working today. She was so sweet Luna wanted to let the owners know, they are lucky to have someone working there who is so nice. Our first time coming today, the two of us just moved close by and we will be back! The food was excellent and Luna loved the Churro donut. Cute little place next to dental office.
We have the bagel lox and one with schmear. Also had their chocolate with salt flakes donut. Food was simple but tasty. Will come back to try their coffee drinks

I had been here before, prior to the change in ownership, and since it’s close to my dentist, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
Despite being the only customer in line, I wasn’t acknowledged or even greeted, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.” Kinda greeting that you normally hear at busy coffee shops. I initially let it slide, thinking maybe the barista didn’t notice me. However, when she finally took my order, her attitude was unwelcoming. She looked like she was miserable working there!
Anyhow, I ordered a Biscoff latte, but it was extremely watered down and lacked flavor. The place itself is spacious, with a few people working on their laptops, likely students or remote workers.
Overall, it was not a great visit. I gave it three stars in hopes that when I return in a couple of months, I’ll have a better experience.

I like this place and the coffee is good. Above average for sure. But the service is ssslllooowww. Took 30 minutes for a cappuccino and avocado toast. Just keep that in mind when ordering. Otherwise it’s the best coffee in Chino Hills.

Such a cute spot a little hidden inside a complex but the place is super cute ! Plenty of seating inside and tasty coffee options ! They even have food and vegan donuts !! Will have to come back and try other drinks and a donut but I’m just getting a sea salted caramel latte !! It’s delicious ? a little on the sweet side though .

Good coffee, the baristas are nice. The signature drinks are strong! There is a weird penguin children’s house inside. The interior needs some updating.
