I was incorrectly charged for my order and instead of refund I was given a ticket for a free burger. I was told by employee that I can redeem for any meal or item . On my next visit I was told it's only valid for $7 and not any item.

Awesome BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad, and they also have sweet potato fries and great burgers. They also have catering serves for business events where they come to you with a kitchen on wheels, where you order food from it cooked per order.. AWESOME!Parking: Chino Hills Parkway and Pipeline off 71 fwyKid-friendliness: Catering events/ business services with a mobile kitchen on wheels where you can get it cooked by order.

My son was hungry and wanted to eat a chicken burger. I got here within 30 minutes of closing time. The service was great and the ambiance was nice and clean. Ordered: Chicken sandwich with Mayo, BBQ sauce and cheese on a sourdough bread along with crispy sweet potatoes fries and lemonade (not pictured). He enjoyed his late-night dinner.

Don't recommend going here if you ask for no cheese. They put it on almost every time even when it says not to on the receipt, hard to fix when you live 20 mins away. No one is rude but it's not the same experience as it used to be, staff has looked stressed and like they don't want to be there. Kinda fits why the orders aren't right if it's not exactly the same as the menu.

I had been a huge fan of this Habit restaurant. I am disappointed, tonight our burger had a hair in it between the bun and cheese. It simply ruined our dinner. I tried calling the store but the calls are routed to someone who is not at the restaurant and could not help at all. It's frustrating to not be able to speak with anyone at the restaurant and have to drive back. I returned the burger with the hair. I am not going back to this place, basic careful food preparation and in the event there is an issue; we should be able to speak with at the restaurant without driving back. Annoyed with the experience and lack of resolution.

This Habit Burger is definitely underrated!! Should be a 5 star location to grab a burger or sandwich My experience was of sheer pleasure and success. With the rising costs of a fast food meal, this experience was well worth the meal purchase. As I was waiting for my meal to go, the Mgr was working the front line and dancing and just had so much energy but not only for the guests BUT for his staff! Even a customer asked for his name while gathering his food for dine-in. I hope he wrote a great review as well. I watched and observed just how friendly and enthusiastic the Mgr worked and boy, what a great place to be! The food was also scrumptious and I look forward to returning and recommending this location! Keep up the great work Chino Hills location! This Mgr needs to be a District Manager, going into all Habit Burgers locations and leading all locations into this environment and sweet pleasing place to eat! His name wAs of 4 letters, tall Hispanic! I wish I could remember his name! It was an evening shift and right before Xmas 2023. To see this Mgr, working the front and back only shows HIS team, no excuses, follow my lead, nothing less, only more... and THATS how you keep a great location up in reviews!!!!

The food always tastes fresh because it is. It doesn't sit under a heat lamp so it has to be fresh. I like that a lot. Thank you for food that tastes like what it is.

Very slow service, and in top of that, I got a pice of hair on my chicken sandwich. I know that accidents happen, but the guy who was taking orders out didn't said anything about it. I'll never come back to this place!Servicio muy lento y, además, me salió un pelo en mi sándwich de pollo. Sé que los accidentes ocurren, pero el tipo que estaba tomando las órdenes no dijo nada al respecto. Nunca volveré a este lugar! No bueno. ?Update: Someone from the company contacted me about this issue, they said that I'll be getting a refund for the order or something to compensate for the issue. They asked me about the type of payment, I did mistake, the order was paid with my wife debit card "Martha Ponce" and the other information was correct. I appreciate if you reply back. Thanks again!

I have been a customer of The Habit for over a decade now. I dont think there has been a time, pre-demic that the staff would get my order wrong. I have been to this location several times, post-demic and I have been unimpressed. I am lactose-intolerant. I ask for no cheese, and frequently they add cheese to almost 60 to 70% of the time that I order from here. Tonight, I watched my family enjoy their meals while I scraped off all my cheese from the bacon, patty, and bun. I love this place, and feel these burgers are one of the best in the area. Removing malts from the menu took away inscentive to go, and relied solely on the food and attention to detail on orders. This has happened far too frequently. I am willing to change this review next year, if my experience improves. But I will not be returning for the next two months. Please make the necessary changes, protocols, and processes in order to bring back the quality of service that kept me coming back for nearly a decade. Thanks.

I've waited 10 minutes outside for my curbside pickup, nobody came out. I seen a few workers look out a lot while I was parked at the curbside parking area and not one single person came out. Not that I have an issue going inside but I had my kids in the car and chose curbside where they bring out your meal, for a reason. I'm a little disappointed. I just went inside & told the cashier I've been waiting outside for curbside for 10 minutes, she responded with "we didn't see your check in but ur order should be up there." Maybe you guys should update your system Chino hills. The least they could have done was give me something for waiting so long or reimbursing me

The serving of sweet potato fries is not worth the price and the chicken in my sandwich doesn't even cover the size of half a bread.
