Mini loop sampler was the perfect thing to try for our 1st time. We'll be back again to try our favorites...strawberry + sprinkles and white chocolate +Oreo! #TheLoopChurros #buzzybooth

Love the place the ice cream and the churros. Perfect combination of sweets and also you can customize with different toppings. Would definitely go again. #TheLoopChurros #buzzybooth

Not gonna lie, I miss the Fullerton location (my go to) and the stamp card that I would bring there and never had the chance to finish (and alas, can never finish since the location is closed). I don't believe this location takes the same stamp card, but at the very least glad to have these churros again. More like a 3.5, but I'm rounding up. I'm more of a s***** for seasonal specialty churros, but nothing was offered at this time that stuck out (alas the awkward spring and summer months don't conjure up much to creativity), so we just got the Cookies & Cream special. It's a loop churro drizzled with white chocolate and Oreo crumbs over a soft serve with an Oreo (more Oreo crumbs), chocolate syrup, and 2 huge brownie chunks at the bottom. You can either choose one flavor or a swirl, so we just went with vanilla (currently the special was just regular old chocolate). Churro was sweet, crisp on the outside, moist on the inside. The soft serve melted pretty quickly and was just okay. I'd only come back for any seasonal specials to be honest since the other standard flavors are just okay to me.

A little pricey but really good! Nice place to hang out with friends after dinner. Parking is plentiful.

What a little gem! I was absolutely thrilled to discover this restaurant, rather dessert niche. And Yum! Everyone should try these, especially if you love churros. The staff is extremely friendly also.

First of all I love this place! Second, there was only one employee working "Aron" and although it got busy he kept his composure and friendliness to help everyone as fast as possible I definitely recommend this location.

We got the creme bruloop chilled and it was soo satisfying! The churro was warm and fresh and the creme brulee was very creamy! Loved dipping it in the ice cream, it was the perfect combination. Will definitely come back! #TheLoopChurros #buzzybooth

I've ordered from here numerous times and they are consistently delicious! You can't go wrong with any flavor. The churros are crunchy for hours! I bought some the night before and ate some for breakfast and they were still crunchy! Not bad! Customer service is also great, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Just buy the deng churros! Lol

Everytime we visit for ice cream and want to use restroom, it's out of service and said only for employee. Ridiculous,, ,,

This was my first time at the Chino location and it's definitely smaller than the Westminister location but still has a cute ambience with a decorative greenery wall. We ordered the Cookies and Cream special. It comes with a white chocolate Oreo churro, chocolate and vanilla swirl soft serve, Oreo crumbles, brownie bites, and chocolate sauce. The churro is disappointing, it's overcooked and dry, but has a good flavor from the toppings. The soft serve is something I would come back for, it's creamy and has great flavor. If you came here for churros I'd opt for the soft serve instead.

I've tried this company's stuff at their Westminster location and Rancho Cucamonga and both were really good. I'd say don't waste your time here and try other locations. This location in Chino Hills, was not up to snuff. At all. This place was filthy, and the employees are beyond help. The manager isn't much better, in fact he seems to enable the bad behavior. They had a birthday party going on in the back the whole time. Perhaps we got there too late? Is 8 pm considered too close to closing at a location that claims to be open til 10/11? She wouldn't turn on the ice cream machine. Claimed it needed to be cleaned out. Then they were out of basically everything. The whole counter was a disgusting mess. I tried to tell my group to leave, based off just looks and how disgusting the place was... there was no way those churros were even slightly edible. And they weren't. They sat in front of a heat lamp for hours and hours and it tasted like that as well. Hard as a rock and the taste of what I imagine cardboard to taste like. They also require masks which is hilarious when none of the employees are masked, and the ones that have masks on, have them on their chin making the whole thing feel extremely performative. If your own employees and manager isn't going to be masked I'm not sure why you're requiring it for customers. Especially when that mandate was lifted months and months ago. In fact, there isn't a mask mandate for San Bernardino county. Not anti mask at all, just not into theatrics and double standards.
