We order breakfast biscuits from Wendy's once in a while. Today, we received uncooked, dough-ey, inedible biscuits.

I come here somewhat often as its close to my work however I ordered 2 different meals this time and was only provided 1 sauce saying anymore is extra..... after confirming with employee that I ordered 2 different things but can only get one sauce without markup is pretty stupid when your already paying almost 20$ a meal.... I probably won't be back anytime soon

The food was as expected for fast food. We ordered the croissant sausage breakfast combo. We asked for 8 creamers. As we prepared the coffee, we realized it was too strong fir us and wanted more creamers for our coffee, but the unfriendly server just did not yield for us to be willing to approach her. She didn’t do anything really, but just looked too serious and unapproachable. The restaurant was clean and very quiet, but the fans in different tables made us move around to prevent the air from blowing our food either off the tray or making it cold.

I stopped by Wendy’s tonight, and I have to say, the service was outstanding! Andrew and Jacob at the drive-thru windows were incredibly helpful and professional. They made sure my order was accurate and handled everything with a friendly attitude. It’s always great to see employees who go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Dont go here after 8pm late night crew doesn’t want to work and has attitude while working. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwhich without lettuce and tomato when i’m the only order? Then slap half a tub of mayo on the sandwhich as well. Employee’s are jokes and if the manager allows it they are an even bigger jokes
