I stopped by Wendy’s tonight, and I have to say, the service was outstanding! Andrew and Jacob at the drive-thru windows were incredibly helpful and professional. They made sure my order was accurate and handled everything with a friendly attitude. It’s always great to see employees who go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back! Great job, Wendy’s team!

Dont go here after 8pm late night crew doesn’t want to work and has attitude while working. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwhich without lettuce and tomato when i’m the only order? Then slap half a tub of mayo on the sandwhich as well. Employee’s are jokes and if the manager allows it they are an even bigger jokes

Only came by the drive thru for a Frosty -- service was good, Frosty was great, but the size of it was small and the price was large. $7+ for two small Frosties?!

Nasty place to eat! Rude and lazy! They never have potato’s or chili. Lazy rude people that work here, I had hair in my food multiple times, and I’ve seen rats crawling in and out of the restaurant. We need to shut this place down.

This place has gone downhill quickly. The tables inside were disgusting like they had never been cleaned. The food is incredibly expensive compared to other fast food places. They've gotten rid of the grilled chicken sandwich which was the only decent protein (the wrap is terrible and barely has any food in it). Food came out luke warm. I will not return.

Sep 18th 22:08, My eldest sister ordered a combo meal with her family, but everyone didn't get fries on their combo, and I didn't even get the right chicken sandwich or maybe I did, it was the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich, but didn't get the bacon or the popper.

Besides having good food they also have great humanitarian spreed letting kids have free freshing drinks after school!

Worst service ever. Half hour line to use the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. They put tomatoes on my food when I asked for none and then after getting my food I took it to the front they said it was pre-made that way then the manager said she could make it without. The ice was overflowed and the trash as well. Stay away.

Food is never fresh. Cold food.
The drive thru workers don’t listen to your requests. I asked for no cheese for my child who has allergies to dairy and I was given a cheeseburger and given a milk instead of the juice that was requested. Young kids just YEA YEA you. MAKE SIRE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. DISPUTE CHARGES WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Get the store # and report to corporate!

I am so disappointed on the food. I ordered a Daves single combo and not only am I paying over $13.00 for a meal that the sandwich is like a small kids cheese burger, but the food was cold and the bread was hard. This happened to me once and gave it a second chance and still the same, no change. Wendy's is not the same anymore. Sorry but no more Wendy's for me.

I placed a $56 order in the drive-thru, and the supervisor refused to accept my $100 bill because "she didn't have enough of the change." She kept asking me to use a debit card, and I told her I only had cash at the moment. (Heads up, It was proven legit)
Not only did the supervisor not accept the cash, but she also REFUSED to give me her name. A supervisor who refuses to give their name is definitely a shady one.
I called the store to get the name, and the drive-thru kid answered. Asked him for her name... he took a while, and then they hung up on me. I called back, and the female supervisor answered and again refused to give me her name.
She told me to do whatever I wanted with the information I have but that she "will bot" give me hers or her supervisors name.
My two small children really wanted thei Frostys, so I then went to another Wendy's on Pipeline Ave, and I told them what happened. They checked the bill and accepted it and gave me my change. My kids were very happy.

DESCRIPTION OF SUPERVISOR: Female, Hispanic, wore a burgundy top, had her hair up in a top bun between the ages of 35-45.
