The service is always very friendly, the yogurt and toppings are very delicious. Unfortunately we are not going to come very often as it costs over $50 for 4 cups of yogurt for my 4 kids now. Will be looking out for coupons to take advantage of.

I usually enjoy coming here. This time, strawberries looked awful, always low on marshmallow, floors were dirty and you have to ask for a napkin. No tip this time.

Frozen yogurt is always good. Sofia and Paulina were very friendly and helpful in getting us signed up for the rewards program! ??

Been here about 10 times over the years, and they keep the doors open right up to closing time, its good and tasty.

Employees were polite, welcoming and attentive to customers. The store was also clean, the floor was getting swept as we were coming in and all the toppings were full and thankfully not mixed together. There was also a good selection of yogurts to choose from and a couple of sorbets. Good location!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My family of 5 went today. The service is absolutely horrible. We grabbed a table that was dirty. All the tables were all dirty. We sat down and my husband asked the girl wearing a black shirt with highlights in her hair if she can wipe the table. She straight up handed him a rag and told him to wipe it. Are you kidding me! We were shocked! She had to be a lead member or manager since she was the only one wearing a black shirt. Horrendous! So freakin rude! Never going back!

First timers and definitely last timers! First we were not greeted when we entered and she was right by the door next go to get strawberries and they looked old and moldy I asked Amanda if they had more and she didn't answer she just went underneath and pulled out another tray and then poured the old ones on top and didn't say a word just a attitude face and girl came out and rang us up she actually said hi as she rang us up. I should have looked at the reviews before entering but seems to be the norm there.

My kids love it, but I don't, the price is outrageous. I spent $27 for 2 kids, because I was asked to tip 15% or more to someone who stood there doing nearly nothing. My fault for the extra $4 cost. ??‍♀️ But otherwise no complaints.

If you want disgusting spoiled yogurt and moldy/stale toppings this place is for you! The yogurt is spoiled half the time and the place just overall is not ran well. Owner is never there to actually manage and expects there young staff to carry the load. Chino hills is a small community and according to the staff the owner John I believe his name is awful towards them. I will never give this place my business again.

Friendly employees and consistently delicious. I eat Yogurtland for dinner a lot too.

Maybe it should've been two stars instead of one, but I've been going to Yogurtland forever and I've never come across one that doesn't offer any free samples of the new flavors before I make a purchase. Very disappointing, especially since almost the Covid restrictions have all been and it for a while now won't be coming to this location.

Advertising flavors that they don't have???? No Pumpkin spice, No pumpkin anything! First time there, very disappointing! How do you run a business like that?
