Closes at 8pm! They serve it all. I have yet to try their cakes but they look delicious with fresh fruit in between layers. Their pan dulce is fresh, tamales are big and plenty of filling that is seasoned well. I also tried their Champurrado and ended up grabbing a Large cup to go. Everything was so good! Conchas were nice and soft. Plenty of public parking. Located right next to a laundromat & Autozone! Service was good.
As far as independent bakery , las Conchas are not the best around , El pan fino is on point , perhaps the best. The bread bread is a little pricey , again compared to other bakeries in a 10 mile radius.
The pan dulce, bread, champurrado, and desserts are top notch. I know it’s a hole in the wall place, but it’s seriously the best kind of desserts! I’ve been going here for years. Even when they were at the old location by Los Portales in chino. I’ve also been to the other location by Los Portales in Montclair. They weren’t very talkative but they are fast.
