This was busy for a Tuesday after a long weekend. Our server, Rachel, was single-handedly managing all tables swiftly and courteously. She also asked customers to ensure their order was correct before paying. Food was good; service was superlative!

My husband and I came in with one table empty and Rachel was able to quickly sit us down and bring us 2 waters. While my husband and I were deciding what to eat, Rachel was on the move! I am impressed with how well she was managing every table! One minute she is taking orders, the next, she is cleaning up a table followed by bringing food for a different table and finally helping the last table pay since there are other people waiting. She is the definition of efficient! Every move she makes is with a purpose!!!
She came to us next and took our orders! The food was awesome! I got the Shoyu ramen substitute tofu and my husband got the vegan ramen! Rachel asked if we needed anything else and would periodically check on us while still managing everything else!!! Rachel was not only efficient but the quality of service provided was top notch!!!
We know the food is good, but the service and quality that was provided tonight was what made this evening so pleasant!
Keep doing what you do Rachel! You are doing an amazing job!!

This place is no lie the most amazing ramen spot I've ever been to. The service was fine dining quality, the waiter answered every single question with absolute expert knowledge of the menu, and the ramen was so delicious I can't wait to go back!

I saw an employee with a tattoo on his arm throwing a cigarette in front of the store without turning off the light. How about the food that those people are minded with?
I usually like coming here but the service I received today was horrible. I was here before a couple and got seated first keep in mind I’m one person. They served the couple first and they ate their food and I still haven’t got served. I never like coming to eat in the restaurant because it’s so tiny but the service is horrible. I recommend doing pickup

I was conflicted between 2 or 3 stars but decided the food was edible so it should be a 3 star. Call me a ramen snob but I LOVE ramen. Will never have better ramen than I’ve had in Japan.
My little sister brought me here(she’s vegetarian) maybe that was the first mistake. The place has a trendy vibe to it, very small seating area. The waitress was very nice but unfortunately overwhelmed with having to take care of the whole front area by herself. We waited 20min into our meal for beers that were ordered. Received one then received the next one 20min after that. We waited like 7 min to get some chili because she was so busy taking orders and brining plates out to the front. At that point I wish she would’ve just told me where the chili was and I could get it myself.
Tonkatsu ramen was eh 2/5. Felt there was no flavor to the broth that’s why I was waiting for some chili. Noodles were eh nothing memorable about them. Pork chashu meat was good 3/5. Overall edible but nothing that would make me want to come back for more.
Crispy chicken was exactly that crispy overly fried chicken. 1/5
There’s better less expensive ramen out there, this place just wasn’t it. Unless you’re vegan then maybe.

I rarely leave one-star reviews but unfortunately, it’s well-deserved here. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from HiroNori Chino, my order has been delivered incomplete and the ramen has made me sick. Both times. I don’t know what it is about this location, but the food unfortunately can be really hit or miss even without the poisoning.
I tried dining in once to see if that experience would be better, but it wasn’t. My server came by for me to pay the bill while I was still eating and it was not because there was a shift change. Meanwhile, I had only been there for maybe 15 minutes.
All in all, I would not recommend this location at all. HiroNori ramen used to be my favorite, but if you’re going to get it, I’d recommend going to another location or just finding a different ramen restaurant to support, as I will be doing.
In considering your support of this restaurant, you should know that the 16% service charge they charge to “support all members of HiroNori staff” is intentionally misleading but also inaccurate. The service charge they tack on to almost every order goes mainly to management and the employees only receive tips on the to-go orders. I’ve had this confirmed by 2 HiroNori employees and a manager. The restaurant pays maybe a dollar above minimum wage and then keeps the extra money it charges its customers, for itself. I think that’s terrible! ?
Please stay safe!

I had a highly disappointing experience at HiroNori Craft Ramen in Chino Hills. The staff clearly needs more training. After waiting for an hour, I decided the wait was too long and opted to get my food to-go. However, the staff deleted me from the waitlist without informing or confirming with me. I finally received my food an hour and a half later, at which point I should have had the opportunity to sit down and eat.
When I inquired if I could sit down to eat, the staff refused. I pointed out that my name should not have been removed from the list and that I was willing to order more food and take my to-go order to my friends. The staff member responded angrily, stating that if I took food to-go, I could not sit down to eat, despite being on the waitlist. She told me it was "the rule here." I asked if this was a rule specific to this restaurant, and she replied that it was a general consensus "here."
I am unsure if this rule is an official policy of the restaurant or just something the staff member decided. This young woman then started yelling at me, claiming she had a long day, and stormed out of the kitchen. This made me feel very upset. I had also had a long day and was simply looking for some comfort food, but she ruined my evening.
I understand she might have been tired, but I don't understand why my name was removed from the waitlist without my consent and why she was so insistent on this supposed "rule." This review might serve as a reference for this restaurant. As for the food, it was not worth the wait. The broth was extremely salty, and the meat in the buns tasted like pre-packaged food. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience.

Came here with a friend for the first time and I was blown away by their Tonkatsu Ramen. The broth was rich and full of flavor. The noodles were nice and bouncy, and the pork belly was cooked perfectly.
Worth it!
