Best ramen spot I’ve been to! It was my First time trying HiroNori and I was blown away. The pork was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, the Yuzuade was super refreshing, and even the rice was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Definitely coming back!

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Yesterday, I decided to try the salmon poke bowl and was dissatisfied with both the taste and the portion size. Because I wasn’t enjoying it, I asked if it could at least be exchanged for something else. Unfortunately, that wasn’t allowed. I genuinely tried to like it and took a few bites, but I couldn’t continue eating it. I even explained this to the server. I was sharing the bowl with someone else, and they didn’t enjoy it either, so it wasn’t just my opinion. What they decided to do as only take about $2 off the bill, and we were still charged a $6 gratuity fee. We ended up leaving hungry and didn’t eat anything else off their menu and had to eat somewhere else after. The biggest issue for me wasn’t necessarily the food itself, but the lack of customer service and effort to resolve the situation. Having worked in customer service myself, I understand that not every request can be accommodated. However, I felt there was little attempt to de-escalate the situation or find a reasonable solution, which made it seem like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I had brought friends here because I had enjoyed the restaurant in the past, especially the ramen, and had recommended it to them. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience stood out enough that I felt it was worth sharing. Hopefully, this feedback helps the restaurant improve how they handle situations when customers are dissatisfied with their food or overall experience.

As an elderly customer, I truly appreciated the patience and kindness shown by the staff at Hironori. Everyone was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was even better. It's rare to find such great hospitality these days. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant.
