Uminoya Ramen is a lovely little restaurant that offers a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredibly good food. The sushi and rice bowls are great, and the ramen, including a spicy option and the option to order half spicy and half regular broth, is delicious. The restaurant is known for its high-quality ramen, with a good amount of protein and noodles, and a broth that is much better than other local spots. While it may not be the best ramen you've ever had, it is consistently good.
