Order the pepper steak got more onion and pepper than steak. Wish I can upload the picture to show much onions and pepper was served vs how little meat is mixed in. 60% onions, 25% pepper, 15% meat. Not acceptable in my opinion.
For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. Wow, I finally found a tasty "fast food" Chinese restaurant. It's a bonus that they serve Hawaiian bbq too since our family could never decide. It tasted authentic and fresh. Yay!
