“Friendly service Great sandwich“

“Just grabbed a late dinner here and it was the best Carl's Jr. experience I've ever had! Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean, but best of all was the customer service. The young man who took our order was very welcoming. He was attentive when we placed our orders and even wished us a good night as we left. I will definitely dine here again when I'm in the area.“

“I live near the town and I order from time to time but not anymore. The kid who.operates taking orders at window is always on his cellphone and takes him way too long to respond to drive through to take orders. I have had like 4 unsuccessful experiences at window where I leave not buying food because the young kid takes too long to respond and when I drive up the window he says he can't take my order. They're losing business and because he denies people their order and takes too long because he is not paying attention he's driving down business. Im never going back there again because its a true waste of time.... the lady and the darker haired man are very nice, professional and polite but that young kid doesn't care about customer care. I leave the drive through frustrated and driving into town to order elsewhere. I have called today because it happened for the 4th time and the phone is being hung up like 6 plus times after ringing a few times...I needed to talk to manager so they have a talk with him. What drive through tells you they can't take your order at drive through because of incompetence and not manning the drive through appropriately. Boss needs a sit down with that kid.“

“Great food, ambience and service, our waitress was patient with us. I haven’t been to SPS since we moved to Ahwahnee surprisingly our waitress was from Raymond. The muni is a great location.“
