I've eaten at this establishment before and the food is delicious! The staff are always so friendly and always are eager to help when I have questions. The owners don't speak much English but are always very pleasant! The manager is very polite and is great with customer service! Definitely would recommend this restaurant for good Chinese food!
For being a local spot, it's great. Fast service. The noodles are never greasy. Rice has always been cooked to perfection. Only problem is I wish the pork were in bigger pieces instead of being overly diced. Singapore noodles here are good, the kung pao is a miss but every noodles in this place has been a hit so far. Stay with the noodles

I had a delicious lunch special, honey walnut prawns, vegetable chow mein, and pork fried rice, with a cup of egg flower soup. Delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was minimalist, but very clean and pleasant. I will definitely return again the next time I pass through Chowchilla.
