So good! I’m so happy that you regularly have your food truck in Madera now because before I used to have to drive to Fresno for food every day. I usually can’t stand the food in Madera. It’s all of the same except Lady G’s. Everything on the menu is good. Today they had bbq and it was bomb. I’m a repeat customer and I will be back later this week.

Honestly super disappointed. We drove out from Fresno & before coming out here, we called several times (phone is disconnected) and triple checked their hours (on google, yelp, and facebook). We got there at 12pm (on a Sunday) and they were closed! The hours indicated they’d be open from 11:30am-6pm. HUGE let-down.
We’ve tried the food before and it was yummy, but with unreliable business hours, I wouldn’t risk wasting my gas to have it again.

After a day in Merced taking care of some business. I remember my cousin said there is a Soul Food restaurant in Chowchilla. I told him, "know way". Sure enough I found it and I ordered fried chicken, fish, greens, yams, corn on the cob, and coleslaw. When I got home, I began to eat my food. It was like leave me alone cause I'm in Soul Food heaven. The food is good. Blessings

I've Eaten Here Once And The Food Was Really Good But I Like The Fried Shrimp ? OR Oysters Meal And I Can't Choose Between Fried Shrimp OR Oyster So... You Need To Have A Meal Where You Have A Choice If You Want Fried Shrimp AND Oysters Because Some Of US Want BOTH... Not Fried Shrimp OR Oysters!!

Absolutely loved every bite, honestly some of the best fried fish I’ve ever had & the Mac n cheese was the best! 5 star definitely

I’ve been here several times and the food is delicious! However my last visit I felt like my portion of food was very skimpy. I paid $17 for the po boy meal and received one piece of fish and about 7 fries!

The food is good but they do not give you money's worth at all. I spent 72$ and they gave me really thin pieces of fish the chicken overcooked... The service is not so hot either. They have you waiting for so long just to give you nothing. I am not happy and I would not recommend this place at all. If I but authentic food I pay for it but I expect my money's worth.

Went with my boyfriend the service was great and the food was amazing 😍😍. Riblets are a must try. The coleslaw was the best i have ever tried in my entire life I thought i was not a fan but after tasting theirs it was the best

My first time there was a few months ago. The cashier/waitress was rude from the time I walked in the door until I left. I wanted to order oysters to go & she immediately snapped back at me"We don't have oysters ,the truck hasn't come in". She dark skinned and very rude. If I ever go back, I hope she isn't working there.

Wow! This place is 100% legit! The best soul food outside of Alabama that I have had. If you are traveling Highway 99, it's worth the 1.5 Mike detour. Don't forget to order the fried okra!

Lady Gs was recommended by a friend, so I had to try them out. My sister and I went, the place is beautiful inside and welcoming, the staff friendly. The food was ok, I had the 2 piece fish snack pack, and my drawback about the food is that portions are very small. ( I would have wanted 3 pieces of fish since it was tilapia)The greens tasted like they used liquid smoke instead of smoked turkey or smoked ham. The cornbread was a little harder than I liked, but the flavors were good overall.
