How can you improve well for starters get some better cashiers that are more nicer and respectful that don't just assume people want something that they didn't order and charge them for it and then when they call back and tell them that they got food they didn't order say oh it's been too long you don't get your money back and there's no manager on site and you have to call back on Monday and won't even give me a manager's name or hers for that matter when I called
