I ordered a burger & fries and after 40 minutes had to ask them to make it to-go since it hadn't arrived and my lunch break was almost up. I was almost late to go back to work because it still took them so long to make my order to go.
Kitchen seems to only make one order at a time, even for a table (I had 40 minutes to watch). I mentioned the wait time to a coworker and she said it's pretty standard for this place.
Fries were terribly soggy. Burger tasted fine but not so good I'd wait an hour for it. I will never dine here again.

The chillest Grill and Cafe. The food is fresh, crispy soft chibatta bread, Chai tea latte is perfect and the Berry smoothie is flavorful. Definitely will come back. The atmosphere is blend of city and home style. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Beautiful place, terrible service. Two coffees took over 30 minutes, and they still served friends and regulars first. When we asked to cancel, they refused. No one warned us about delays until half an hour later — “we’re short-staffed” was the excuse.
What a shame. A nice place completely spoiled by poor management and favoritism. Not worth coming back until they fix their service.

Very disappointed. Was excited to go, as friends that live nearby are always raving about Agave.
Seemed to be run by kids, so it felt very disorganized. Only the young man at the counter seemed to have customer service experience.
We thought the food would make up for It, but the “grilled cheese” had barely touched the grill, it was basically white sandwich bread, no grill marks or toastiness at all. I ordered the scramble and the carnitas/pulled pork was burnt. I had asked for no bacon and there was bacon.
But the biggest issue was when I was handed the cast iron skillet with the scramble, the young girl that handed it over did so from the other side of the table. She handed it over so carelessly and fast, the skilled started slipping from the board and toward me. I was able to catch it as she was leaving and no harm was done, but please have more care as someone else could be hurt.

I was very disappointed with my recent order from Agave. After finishing my matcha, I discovered two small plastic baggies and a straw wrapper inside the drink. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.
