Small mom and pop place with authentic Thai and Laotltian food. Had been there twice and the food is super tasty. Had the classic Pad Thai Noodles and they were very filling and delicious. It's situated in a small plaza but there is always parking. Not a lot of seating place and the owner who tends to the place is a little gruff but the food is worth it.

When you ask for spicy. They don't play games you get what you ask for.

The food was delicious, and I can confirm it’s authentic from a Laotian perspective. I’ve gotten beef jerky which was amazing. It came with some jeow bong which is a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. You must eat it with sticky rice. The Lao medium spiced papaya salad was good too and not too spicy. I enjoyed it alongside Royal Mandarin’s salt and pepper chicken wings, and the meal was fantastic. Phet was super awesome and so hospitable. Thanks for some of the nam wan too, it was so yummy. I bet almost everything in here is delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed it as well and he’s picky (:

I ordered from Ahan Lao & Thai Food and was disappointed overall. The combination Pad Thai was good and the spice level was perfect, but the Thai tea ruined the experience. I specifically asked for light ice and still received almost a full cup of it, and the tea itself tasted like spoiled dairy, so I couldn’t drink it. Not sure if it was made fresh with bad cream or if it was premade and stayed in the fridge too long. The food was decent, but the quality of the drink and lack of attention to detail made the meal underwhelming.

Excellent service! The owners are wonderful & we’re super helpful! I actually called in my order and came to pick up and they made sure I had everything I needed before they left my table. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for Lao food in Chula!

I’m a chiropractor in the area and I love coming here for the authentic food. My lunch break takes me right back to Thailand with these dishes. The flavors are incredible and the food is really done right right. I really appreciate them staying affordable even during these times when everything seems to break the bank. 5 stars quality and affordability. Don’t stop doing such good work guys!

Pad ka pao was mostly veggies, juice, and spicy chillis. Hardly any meat. I ordered a spice level ⅖ and it seemed like ⅘. Their curries are usually watered down too. They charge 3% for credit cards. Down the street they make a perfect pad ka pao every time.

$39 I figure it will be too tier service but it wasn’t worth that much I got eggs rolls that’s was 11$ on menu it was a bit mushy I thought it would be fresh veggies inside the egg rolls that’s but it taste like store bought it would of been good if it was actual veggies I also got the beef jerky which was 12 very tough but was surprisingly good I would of bought two of those I also got the papaya salad with noodle I though it would be the thin tiny noodles but it was ok I told the cashier a hint of spice I guess he didn’t understand what I was saying so it end up being super spicy it would of been good if it was a hint of spice not overly spicy I wish the waitress would of been right there to assist instead of chitchatting with the guest that been sitting down and it was my first coming
