The waiter kept disappearing. We waited an hr to get our food and it wasn’t busy. The food was cold and was not satisfying. The Jack and coke was not Jack and when I asked to bring me a Jack and coke the waiter said he would discount me instead of bringing me what I asked for. Applebees used to be a family friendly restaurant. Not sure what happened?!?!

Cheap, easy, delicious. Service was a little slow. It wasn't busy but still had to ask for things multiple times but they were friendly. Had some margaritas, the holiday ones, and shared some apps with a friend.

I ordered nachos beef, and a chicken taco through Uber eats. The nachos were unmovable, stale as a rock. The chicken taco were too soft and not enough meat. The frist time I ordered the same exact thing and they gave my meal to whomever. The service was unprofessional. I don't even want to go back to complain. I feel as if they do this to my meal on purpose. This place should be shut down.

Lupe is a good manager, others there could learn a few things from her.
Honestly five stars for service our server MANNY made me and my family feel very welcome and laughing .even with my three kids always changing there mind and us constantly asking for dips and refills he was always kind and on top of it. Honestly BEST SERVICE WILL COME AGIAN.

Our waitress took over 5 minutes to greet us. Forgot water. And would be constantly going to a specific table and would spend minutes chatting with them, while her other tables were unattended. The food quality is not the quality compared to other Applebees— not sure what happened. Food wasn’t warm, lacked flavor, their salt and pepper weren’t working . When we did finally get water we had to ask for refills too. No one was filling up people’s waters either around us.
