Ordered take-out, they offered to bring it out and said it was ready, then took about 10 mins, I was just about to go inside thinking maybe I actually still needed to pick up inside, they apologized for the wait. Food was ok, ribs were a little dry.

The food was surprisingly good. I asked for my burger to be a little pink. It was exactly that. Burger was juicy and well made. Fries hot and crispy. The appetizers were also good. For the price everything was good.

Our server was nice but ...please remind the servers that the food plates should be set on the table and not tossed , the straws should be set on the table and not tossed or thrown on the table and please don't call the adult men "boss" , we didn't go to a food truck , other than that the food was very good .
You get better service at the bar sometimes. If your lucky you'll get a good server.

I recently dined at Applebee's and had an exceptional experience thanks to Alex, our server. Despite it being a busy Thursday, Alex made sure to check on our two-person table promptly. When he noticed that our food hadn't arrived while a family that came after us had already been served, he swiftly apologized for the delay and ensured our order was expedited. Not only did he bring out our food as soon as possible, but he also took the initiative to bring the situation to the manager's attention, resulting in a complimentary dessert for us. Alex's attentive and proactive service truly went above and beyond, making our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Kudos to Alex for his outstanding hospitality!
