Had the asada fries after the amphitheater concert and they are good enough for 4 people other things from menu i was how tripping out on the prices compare to the LA pricing is the double or triple

So we loved coming to this place for a few years now but unfortunately the tacos we always get have fallen off and tonight was the last straw. Idk what it is but they always give really crisp charred shredded beef tacos now. The meat is just hard and like jerky or crushes up like cheetos in your mouth...the shredded beef shouldn't be burnt. Please cook the meat for the shredded beef less. The tacos cost so much...its disappointing when the majority of it is inedible and this isn't the first time...we have had multiple tacos and haven't eaten here for months but I thought let me try it again but the tacos were the most charred I've ever had...really disappointing...just don't cook the meat so much???

I’ve been going to Asadas for years now and the last two times have been a horrible experience. Our order drive through was wrong and they blatantly said “that’s not true” and they began to argue back and forth with us. The other time I ordered to pick up and when we got there and they said they never received an order. I re-ordered carne asada chips and when I got home they were carne asada FRIES. I called to let them know and customer service was awful. Once again they were rude and denied everything and accusing us of lying. The meat in the carne asada fries didn’t taste good at all. I will not be going back. BEWARE
