My wife and I visited Baja Dogs recently at their Chula Vista location on third avenue. We ordered a couple of hot dogs that you actually prepare yourself. You first receive the bun and sausage wrapped in bacon and then it is up to you to add the toppings, from onions and tomato, to ketchup, mayo, cheese and many others.
