A beautiful couple runs this unique eatery.Sadly covid restrictions no longer allow you to pick your own portions or dine in. They are doing the best they can, in a very friendly manner. Thin meats, choice of veggies, sauces and all stir fried with noodles on a big flat grill. Fresh and tastey.Prices ( like everywhere) have gone up. veggies seemed to be sliced smaller.
I was looking for someplace different to eat and found good reviews of Bamboo Bistro on Yelp. I ordered the Traditional Mongolian BBQ with the noodles and beef. It was really good! I chose most of the vegetables, and all of the sauces (one spoon of spicy sauce was the perfect amount of heat). It was a big serving of food for just under $12. The sweet lady (owner) was a delight to talk to. You can tell that this is a family owned business that cares about what they do.
DELICIOUS!!!?????? You can taste the Quality and great flavors , they have been here 9 years and hopefully they can keep being here, Covid has taken a few places out in this plaza, so come and support, they won’t disappoint! The Service is in its class of its own!!! You will know what I’m talking about, when you meet Genie. ?
