Post covid - I feel if you ate wearing gloves then remove them to touch my cone you shouldn't be surprised that I longer want anything. Associates be more aware of the impression they are giving especially in food service

Advertise certain flavors, but they don't have them in stock (Game Night). Also would not cancel my order.

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. We ordered two single scoop ice cream and a small (regular) shake. I have been going to Baskin Robbins but never to this location. My shake (if I can even call it a milkshake) does not taste good, is watery, and does not have the right flavor that I asked for. I asked for half Jamoca and half Chocolate. The employee immediately said no, yet the owner said it was okay. However, the employee still did not do it. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a chocolate Oreo ice cream cake 9" round on 6/21/23 I received the confirmation number via text and the store charged me $49.99 for it. Today I went to the store to pick up the cake and for my surprise they didn't have it. The employees went back and forth with questions that didn't make no sense. Long story short I have to pay for another cake because they NEVER found it. I'm going to file a claim to get my money back. This is the second bad experience with Baskin Robin. I advices anyone who wants to order from them to becareful because they never organize with their orders.

My wife gave it 5 stars. My daughter (see her ice cream in the photo below) gave 5 star too.

I know it's an ice cream place, but cold service lol. Went in about an hour before they closed, and no line. However, it looked like they were bickering over who had to take my order. Not only that, I also saw the female who was working, shake her head in a "no motion" when she turned away from me as I came in. I know there is things to do such as pre close and what not, but if you're gonna close and get things ready where you cannot serve or do not wish to serve them because you're cleaning, just close it already. Also, $5 for a single scoop, I could just get Ben and Jerry's without attitude

Do you guys hire high school dropouts? The cashier was so rude to my pregnant wife. We ordered a "Mocha Blast" like we do every time we go. The cashier/knucklehead who closed the night of February 23rd, 2023 actually had the audacity to ask us if we even knew what was in the drink. Please, if you care about good business, retrain the worker who closed the night of February 23rd, 2023. Worst part is, she didn't even make the drink right.

Clean, fast service, and good ice cream. Met my expectations!

Came to this place to get a scoop of ice cream! Well its seem like they girl that served the ice cream payed for it! At first I thought maybe she gave me child size scoop by mistake. But no its was a regular adult size single scoop so small I could've ate it in3 spoonfuls. Been to other 32flavor and this one is the worst one! Don't have a picture I literally ate it in 3 spoons!!

They don't have much flavors either. Too much frozen section stuff. Anyone can go to vons for that. Why have so many BR locations if you lack flavors? What a waste of space.

I don't think I have ever gotten worse customer service before today. I continue to be stunned at the work ethic displayed yesterday night, 11/6/22. From the moment my friends and I walked into the store, we knew it wasn't going to be good. We entered at 9:50 pm when it closes at 10. My receipt shows we left by 9:56 so it wasn't like we just walked through the door at 9:59. Not to mention a customer was already in line in front of us finishing their order when we entered. As soon as we opened and stepped through the door, the 2 employees looked at us, then began snickering and laughing between each other. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were laughing at their conversation they had prior to us walking in, but no. I'm not sure what their names were, so from this point on I will just differentiate by Hispanic woman and Asian woman. After they finished serving the customer in front of us, the Asian woman fairly loudly said along the lines of, "can't I just go in the back and not serve them" and the Hispanic woman said, "No we have to help them", them directed to us, "I'll be with you in just a moment". The Asian women then proceeds to head into the back while attempting to avoid eye contact. A few moments later, the Hispanic lady starts my friends order just as the Asian lady walks back out. When my friend orders a milkshake, they AGAIN turn to each other and start snickering and laughing. At that point my friend feels guilted into another item, so he says, "if its a big deal I'll just go for some scoops" which the Hispanic lady says, "no its fine, ill get you a shake". Why are they actively complaining in the middle of a customer exchange to the point of making us feel like a burden? The Hispanic lady starts making my friends shake, and the Asian lady goes to ask for mine. I too, order a shake, and they AGAIN turn to each other and snicker more, directly in front of all of us. Everything I asked her was a direct inconvenience to her and she would continue to glare at me. After hearing the repeated snickering, my other friend asked them "are you closing right now or something?" And the Hispanic employee responded with, "Yeah we close in 10 minutes, and we're really tired because of day light savings time." We are already annoyed at them complaining about us and their jobs, and we want to leave just as badly as they want to. My friend laughs, "oh no day light savings time" since my friends and I had just talked about how we thought it was funny how some people really didn't like day light savings time. Then the Asian lady replied, "do you want to come back here and do it?", which we were fed up by then so we just ignored her for asking a ridiculous question. Asian lady then angrily say, "you make 50 more cents than I do" to her Hispanic coworker. Each moment was just continously petty, to the point when the Asian lady was done with my milkshake, she purposely glared at me, visibly upset and annoyed. I said "thank you" with a smile, and her face visibly changed to a normal resting face as she uttered out "your welcome" under her breath. My last friend ordered 2 scoops, and no snickering or remarks occured after that. We paid and left, but I did ask for a receipt just so I could have proof of the exchange, the time of exit, and the name that's on the register during my check out, which I am assuming is the Asian lady's that ran our orders. Those 2 employees were complaining about being tired and frustrated about taking our orders to literally the worst examples. My buddy does closing shifts, my other buddy worked at a 24/7 starbucks (which I bring up because it is closely related to a baskin-robbins environment), and I've worked 2 jobs before back to back. We are all tired!!! Never once have any of us taken it out on our customers. I hope the 2 employees read this review and find different jobs they're happy with, becau

I came here today with my service dog and the girl working at 6 PM told me I cannot enter with my dog and I told her it was a service dog. She then proceeded to ask me "what kind of service I needed to dog for!!!!???" Which is completely illegal and unprofessional. You should train your employees
