Bento & Noodles Eastlake

Food was very bad, I’m not sure how they can prepare food and make it taste processed. The service was so slow, took 40 minutes to get our basic to go order out. I can’t find anything positive about this place.

This is one of my favorite places to head to when craving a bento. They have many, many options to choose from and, of course, have options other than a bento.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the service can be pretty slow at times and they don't usually tend to come back and check on you so, ask for every thing you need when you receive your food.

There is plenty of parking in the shopping center, and I've never had to wait to be seated when visiting.

Came in to try out new place and got welcomed by the scent of bathroom instead of a person. I'm talking straight dookie. Waited over 5 minutes smelling bathroom and didn't get seated even though I was seen by a host. It wasn't busy either at 3pm. Not cool.

They ignored Us when we came into the Restaurant, though they only had 2 or 3 tables busy, and they were really slow to get Is the menu and then the order...

Good food but terrible service. We gave this location few tries because we liked their food, but the service is the worst in Eastlake. They take forever to take your order, not friendly and will forget about you.

very good California rolls. tried out the miso soup. very good. Think it had pieces of tofu and then something green.

Parking: plenty of spots to find as it's in a shopping center.

Used to order from this place all the time. But the curry has been marked as “sold out” on uber eats for a month now. Even though you can order it from other apps, but no one pays attention and fixes it….
