We eat here frequently and have never had a bad experience. Food was quick to come out and cooked correctly. Lunch specials are great and the staff is always so friendly.

Ordered take out from Uber Eats. The food was not very good. Sushi was very bland. Wings were over priced and we received wings that were broken and considered as a whole piece. We ordered 12 wings and received 8 wings with broken pieces.

waited 45 mins for our meal and it was cold. we ordered 2item bento meal with fried gyoza and fried fish' mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken. they were all cold. a family was seatesld next to us and their food came sooner than ours and it was serve hot

Ordered food for delivery via China Bento’s website. But order was falsely delivered and subsequently stolen by the delivery driver’s passenger. Restaurant staff was empathetic. But no attempt to resolve. Damn San Diego! What savagery are you all lowering yourselves to?

After 15 years ordering and eating here. It’s frustrating to say don’t come here. I always order my favorite sushi roll as a tray for parties. And i ordered ahead. I got in before closing and surprised they were closed before closing. Unacceptable. I asked about the food ordered and they said the owner took off with the food even before I got there.

This place has the absolute worst customer service! When the servers roll their eyes at you for asking for more lemons you can already imagine how bad they are. We were a party of 11 people and they were mad because we asked for lemons twice. Mind you… they charged almost 3 dlls for maybe a total of two lemons. I have a service dog, I walked in and they all made a face like I had walked in with a handful of poop. They lack knowledge on service dog laws and just completely embarrass you and put you on the spot. Don’t waste your time or money here. MANDARIN has the best service and they don’t charge EXTRA FOR LEMONS. Will not set foot here again!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant.
One of the waitresses was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my interaction with her. Additionally, I requested a few slices of lemon, and later noticed that I was charged for them without being informed there would be an additional cost. I found this practice both misleading and discourteous.

Shrimp Egg Foo Young absolutely the best ever in San Diego you have to try the chef is amazing and can cook oh we always every chance we get and the customer service is always great thanks again keep up the great work!!!
