Our server was very attentive and the staff was very welcoming. The food was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a horrible experience! I Will be avoiding this BJ’s moving forward. It was a very busy evening, I checked my group in to be accommodated and we were put on a waiting list. Spoke to a manager and he said he’d accommodate. The text message we received stated it would be about a 35 min wait. We were ok with that. I checked back in 45 mins later to see where we were on the list and we were told that it can be a few HOURS before being seated. Why weren’t we told that 45 min ago when checked in?!?? I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting that long. Horrible communication!!!

We love the $13 menu - it's a great deal, including the individual pizookie. It's graduation week in our town, so service was s-l-o-w...had booked a reservation with Open Table but still had to wait almost 1/2 an hour. Server was nice and food came pretty quickly, except for dessert - waited at least 15 minutes for our pizookies. Again, it was busy due to grad weekend; plus I heard they make the pizookies individually as they're ordered, so that takes time. All in all we had a very good experience and always enjoy our times at BJ's. Thank you.

The waitresses they are always usually really nice and the music. I love it and that you have sports TVs there too. I love this place thank you so much.

We had such a good time. We went there last night for our birthday party. We had a waiter by the name of Kevin who couldn’t have been more tentative to our needs. He was kind and funny and informative. You need a whole bunch of Kevin‘s.

Went to the restaurant on H St in Chula Vista today. Our server, Kevyn J, was awesome. He was very friendly and attentive.

We ordered 2 cocktails and they were horrible, didn't drink them. The artichoke spinach dip was watery. Pizza was cold. The waitress went MIA for about 25 min. The other waiter in our section was preoccupied flirting with a teenager at a different table, so it was impossible to get his attention. Bjs lived up to its ne, IT BLEW A BIG ONE!

From the moment we arrived the server (Jack) was very polite and attentive. She regularly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, Katie the Hostess that greeted us was very sweet and she seated us right away! We look forward to our next visit!

I love their brussel sprouts. I had a baked potato today, had to cut a piece out as it was bad. Kevin was the worst server, ignored me most of the time & just left my receipt w/my payment card on the table while I was in the restroom. He didn't thank me & he was really nice and attentive to his other customers, very disappointing on Mother's Day after a long day of work. Lots of room for improvement. I always go to this location and other servers are great but not this time. I went in late evening and it wasn't even busy. I did tip him 15% even though he didn't deserve it. I will never have him as my server again. The hostess Jacqueline was friendlier & more helpful than him, what a shame. Please help him so he can do better I know he's capable of it as I saw him being good to other customers around me. I might be back but only to be served by other servers. Oh well maybe next year's Mother's Day will be better, it should.

I tried to have a nice dinner with my wife to celebrate Mother's Day, but I was extremely disappointed. We were glad there wasn't a long wait. However, when we were seated, the booth was dirty with pieces of trash on the seats and the ground covered with food and other trash. 1st, maybe have 1 of the 3 hostess looks where clean tables are before just seating a guest there, rather than just stand there talking. 2nd, we waited for over 20 min without getting acknowledged by any server despite the fact that the section we were in there were only 3 tables occupied with other guests. We ended up leaving and heading next door to Buffalo Wild Wings. I work in the industry and have never seen the disregard for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Will not be returning to this location.

We sat in the cocktail bar section and Alyssa was so amazing! Very attentive and kind and was just on top of everything the entire service!

Make the reservation in advance yet still waiting 45 min is ridiculous. What's the point then if you're still waiting. The girls that call for the reservation talk in this tiny mouse voice and if you don't come after they whisper your name then twice not even checking outside because it's so packed they instantly move on to someone else.

We ate during a Padres game, so I'm guessing it was a little louder than usual, but not loud enough to be annoying or anything. Just fans enjoying their team. The food was great and we received great service from our server. Even the bud staff was chill and accommodating. Definitely a good place to visit.

Fantastic experience! Fast, friendly service and a fun atmosphere! Clean restaurant and delicious food! I wish I could remember our server's name. He was outstanding! This is our new future family get -together venue! Looking forward to our next event there!
