Horrible service server took the order wrong , took along time to get the right meal for my husband , our food was already cold when it arrived .zero friendly ,asked for the happy hour menu never got it , not shure if it's a secret because you don't see it anywhere on the restaurants and servers tempt to hide it . at the end when I asked for the check his mistake was there , he didn't even compt it I had to ask , very very bad service.

the servers were amazing and we sat down very quickly, but honestly the food quality has gone down and the prices have went up. i got the alfredo pasta and it tasted so fake and nasty and the chicken tasted rubbery. i regret not saying anything but the waiters were so nice and i didn't want to seem rude. but i wish i didn't waste $24 on a pasta.

Services was excellent. Our server was very kind and delivered excellence! She is outgoing and knows what the customer needs before ever having to ask her.

Good thing I had reservations at 5:15 p.m. as it was packed. Was seated next to a family with a noisy baby. Waitress was in a hurry and was trying to get us pushed out as soon as we sat down. Ordered chicken parmesan for dinner. Waitress was so much in a hurry, she didn't tell me the meal was hot, so I got severely burned in my mouth after taking the first bite of the food. Only if I'm desperate will I ever want to go back there again.

My best friend Mona brought me here, so it was my first time coming here. This experience was very enjoyable, our server Alyssa was so sweet and inviting. Loved her service, she always made sure we were set. Really added to the experience. I would definitely come back. Would give over a 5 if I could. :)

I had a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant in the Chula Vista Mall! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything came out just right. A big shoutout to my server, Gabriel—he was an outstanding waiter! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout my visit. Service like his really makes the whole dining experience even better. I definitely will be coming back very soon ‼️
