Can't rate the restaurant appropriately because they canceled my reservation. I got a phone call 1 hour before letting me know they were closing for the night. Thank you for letting me know rather than me driving and finding out the hard way
My husband and I have dinner at Black Angus almost once a month. This experience is why we keep coming back. The food is consistently delicious, We usually split the 16 oz. prime rib dinner and add an extra salad and zucchini appetizer. Our server, Jennifer, was very attentive and brought the food out just as we finished the previous course which was perfect. It's one of our go to local dinner spots.
Long wait , the meet was overcooked. A shame! They were very crowded and short of personnel
Always a very good experience, my wife and I enjoyed a quiet late afternoon dinner. She loved the Manhattan Sirloin special and my prime rib was cooked to perfection.
We got to the restaurant at 5:30, and our order was turned in at 5:50 and, at 6:30, we were still waiting for our food. No waiter, no manager. Finally, I saw the manager and relayed my story. He said he would look into it and finally at 6:40 we got our meal. No explanation, no apology, no problem-we won't go back!
Server forgot to bring us utensils, so I stole them from another table. Also offered me more ice tea, but didn't bring it until I asked again. But please note; it was very apparent they were understaffed that night, and the server had more tables than she should have. Nothing that happened was her fault.
Based on wait times. I payed on line and still had to wait 45 min for the food I ordered. The food was good but the wait time ridiculous! Also need to upgrade the place.

The server, Josh, was very informative and attentive to our needs. We had no issues with the food or service. The dinner menu was available during the lunch period which was great.
Server could not manage their tables. We needed refills, missing items we ordered, could not find server to ask about over cooked food. No manager in sight. Disappointed with the experience.
We had requested our filet to be butterflied and medium. Unfortunately, steak was not as we requested and could not eat the steak. If we had sent it back, would have been overcooked. Hoping we can warm it up at home and eat it. Very disappointed as the dinner was for a birthday. Music was so loud could not hear each other talk.
First of all, Felipe, our waiter was absolutely fabulous. He was friendly, attentive and patient. Our cocktails and meals were superb and so affordable. We love Black Angus.
Visiting from Nashville and did a quick TripAdvisor review and we’re SO GLAD we went! Got the Dinner for 2 deal for $69 which included a warm round of brown bread, a huge Hot Honey Brussels sprouts appetizer which was so delicious, 2 blue cheese side salads with the freshest mix greens, a PERFECT filet mignon, BBQ chicken, and ribs, with fries, roasted green beans and then a decadent molten chocolate cake with hot fudge sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. There’s NO way any of it could be any better! Jessica was a tremendous server and we’d be thrilled to go back soon!
