I used to come here a lot when it first opened and always had a wonderful experience. Though returning after two years without visiting makes me miss the days when it was GREAT. I think the food is amazing and is best to grab and go but I do not recommend staying at all. From the last time that I went to this location, it was because of an experience from an employee who was extremely rude in her attitude and gave nasty looks to my girlfriend and I. The first experience where we felt rushed with our pizza, every response and tone in our exchanges were aggressive and hostile, and it made us decide to leave instead of dining in. Coming from home from that shortly after was very unpleasant and was a reason why we have not returned since then. Until today, I figured. Why not? I should check out a place I used to love eating at. Nope. Same employee. I observed her entire demeanor (when she saw us enter, her facial expression changed to almost like annoyed) change the minute we entered the restaurant and an unwelcoming energy emitting from her unlike her peers who were the opposite; extremely friendly and welcoming. While the others helped my family, this employee served me and did not give me the same customer service as the others but it was instead a negative experience altogether. On top of that, she gave us the wrong pizza and still did not give us the respect of acknowledging us; no eye contact or looking our direction. Super strange from a place where you would expect basic customer service. I’ll give it another 2 years.
Vegetarian options: Some experiences can be hit or miss. Some days have employees on shift who are extremely enthusiastic, welcoming, and display amazing professional service. It’s just so happens that I had ran into the same employee more than once and always got a sour experience.
Dietary restrictions: There is Keto, Cauliflower Dough you can have for your pizza.

Love this place. You can customize your pizza however you’d like. It takes a bit of time but it’s worth it. They have a pretty good student special. If you do the survey, you get a free dessert. They also have a five items for $35 deal, which can’t be beat. You get three pizzas, you can even get the thick crust, and two sides. Can’t beat that for 35 bucks! Thank you very much!

Ordered for pick up, when I got home my pizza literally had 3 jalapeños and 2 onions on it. Never have i seen a pizza look so bad, pretty much didn't have anything on it, ridiculous.

We usually have a great experience here, but we recently placed an order online which included a half pizza with veggies. When we arrived home and opened the box, we found something completely different from what was ordered. Due to dietary issues, we couldn't eat the pizza. I called for a refund and was advised I should receive one in a few days. The person on the phone was very kind and understanding.
I have no issues with the pizzas or customer service here. The pizzas are made well and taste great, but if you place an order online, just open your box at the restaurant to make sure the pizza you ordered is what is in the box. That way, you won't be disappointed when you get home.

I ordered 2 Med pizzas. Unfortunately the toppings were mixed up. The delivery order slip attached to the box was correct but the pizzas inside were not. My daughter cannot have pesto and hates pineapple so I had ordered one pizza with both those items and the other without; which again the order slip showed correctly; but someone didn't read the order and my daughter could eat neither pizza as pineapple was on one and pesto on the other. Also I had ordered spinach on one pizza and basil on the other. Both pizzas had about 3-4 leaves on them. Yes this means that half the slices had ZERO spinach or basil. Unfortunately I couldn't call to complain because they were delivered just short or 9pm when they close. I will call tomorrow though. To top this off I had also requested napkins and parm cheese NONE of this was with my order. To add insult to injury the pizzas were not even slightly warm they were cold. I've ordered from other places and from blaze in the past and had to wait before I could eat them for them to cool they were so hot. Not this time. Very disappointed. Unsure if i will give them another try.

We waited in line for about 15 minutes. No one in front of us, no one behind us. None of the employees even bothered to greet us. They kept making online orders and completely ignored us standing there waiting. Will not be back.

The pizza was so bomb. Wonderful establishment and I love their rising crust pizza , it actually is puffy and thick. Personally I do not like thin pizza dough so having that alternative is amazing. It’s best when it is fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend
