Went in for an afternoon beer. Sat down, with three waitresses on the floor nobody came to my table for about twelve minutes. It wasn't like it was fight night and it was extremely busy. There was also about a 5 minute span, where there was no waitresses on the floor. I got up and told the manager and he was like, okay, bye. Service here has gotten worse over the years.

The waitress took more than 20 minutes to take my order when there was only two people sitting in the bar area in one table in the bar area, had people in it. The waitress was chitchatting with other waitresses. After she took my order, she had a really bad attitude when she came back she had to order wrong. I order wings and she brought me boneless wings. I have been going to this Buffalo wings for 20 years and after that incident, I will no longer be going to that location. To be a specific, this is the Buffalo wild wings in Chula Vista.

This place would have much more potential if it wasn’t for the horrible service. Majority of the time spent was spent waiting. Waiting forever to get our order in, having to wave our server down to tell her she got our order wrong. While we were trying to flag her down again to get our box to go another table was getting up to ask another server for the check and she told them to wait for Karina. We had enough and had to get out of our table to request our check and the server came back saying she was taking long because she was fixing our check when we were watching her wait on other tables at the opposite end of the restaurant.
Literally only go here for the sports. Otherwise, it’s horrible. Service is horrible & so slow. Specifically, by Candy. Food is mediocre. The only time we got any good service is when a manager came over to bring us our drinks. I believe he was manager, I wish I would have gotten him name to give him credit because he was the only good thing about our experience there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would lol. My bf and I got there and got seated in a booth, the hostess told us SALMA would be our server and would be with us soon. We take out time looking in the menu as 20 minutes have now gone by and the 2 servers in the section (BREVI AND SALMA) kept walking n past us looking at us with no drinks at least and would turn and walk away, ignoring us, and helping the other tables behind and in front of us. 2 more minutes go by and Salma asks us if we’ve been helped and at that point my bf and I just ordered online so we said we were good and ordered online since both ladies ignored us, SALMA then blamed BREVI and said she was our server and servers are picky about their section and dont want others helping, mind you salma was helping the table behind us? It was very unfortunate as we were looking forward to enjoying the games and the most popular place to do this has servers who ignore the customers, lie and blame eachother for it.
