The wait was moderate witch is a good, the waiter was a nice guy but did take too long coming back to check after serving us drinks. I almost had to get up to go order another drink from the bar. Food was good it was all tasteful.

Unfortunately, every time I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings location, the experience is disappointing. Compared to other locations, like Mission Valley, the service here is noticeably lacking.
I recently visited with my boyfriend and his parents, and we felt ignored whenever we wanted to order more food or drinks. The service was slow and unresponsive, making the experience underwhelming. Even trying to pay the bill was a hassle—no one checked on us or brought it over without us having to track someone down.
The wings were overly salty, and despite ordering drinks, nothing seemed to quench my thirst. If you're just looking for a place to grab a beer, this location works, but if you're expecting good service and a smooth dining experience, I'd recommend going elsewhere.
What has happened to BWW. This place use to be my go to for my wings fix. The food quality has declined, customer service is nonexistent. I mean why even bother. Just sell it and let it go. I don’t believe it’s this place because each location has changed for the worst. It’s sad what cooperate is doing to their franchisee’s. Sorry, this is a late comment. I stop going to BWW about 9 months ago. I just came on here to see some new comments and see if things gotten better and it doesn’t seemed so. It’s really sad what’s going on to these chain restaurants because you guys are not the only ones. Hope cooperate can start back caring. No hope!

Order food hours in advance for a spefic pick up time and it's never ready! Waiting 20 mins , asked 2 employees and the manager and none of them returned!! Service here is crap . Update: just got home from waiting and picking up my food... less a mile away. Food wasn't not even warm, bonless wings were all breading. And small! Buffalo wild wings is has gone down hill. Sad cause I used to love it here. May be the last time I ever come back. This is the 3rd time they let me down. Mcdonald's chicken nuggets have more meat than these.

this is not a one time thing, two years of living in the area and the service has always been trash. I'd rather make my own and buy the buffalo sauce online. Don't give your business to this branch, drive a couple minutes away to any other you wont regret it.

I was calling to ask about the $20 all you can eat wings. Eventaully someone answered and she said that ended last week, but now there is a BOGO for burgers.... I asked if there were any wing deals, she said Mondays is like order 1 and 2nd is half off. Thursday was a special on boneless wings. I thanked her and now am on the lookout for wings, as their menu seemed quite high for 10 wings was $19 before tax.... $2 per chicken wing?? That's crazy, KFC you can get a 10 piece bucket for $25..... Crazy no fries or anything.

This place does not fail to disappoint me everytime i do business here. This time after ordering online and pick up 30 minutes later, have to wait another 30 minutes for fiod to arrive. Horrible. I dont know if the staff or the mismanagement… i just know i wont come back again.
This will be the last time ordering from Otay Ranch location. Something is always missing from our order. A drink was missing from kid's meal and when I called to let them know, I was told they don't charge for the drink (excuse) and to go back if I wanted it. What a terrible excuse to say a drink is free when the menu says a price for the items of a meal. Our fries were awful, stale and cold. Don't waste your money here.

I did an order for pick up late at night And they ran out of the flavor I wanted. The manager or whoever was in charge called me and asked me if I wanted to substitute any other flavor. I appreciate that little act goes a long way.
