If you have a pickup order scheduled for 4pm, do not go to pick it up until 4:30. If you show up on time, no one will be there to service you - which is what happened to me today. I showed up today on time and no one was there at either the host area or the pickup area. It took them roughly 15 minutes for someone to come out and ask me what my name was on the order. They look to be short staffed since I only saw a few servers. Other than that, the wings were amazing. Remember, if you have an order scheduled for pickup, do not show up until 30 minutes afterwards.

Buffalo Wild Wings should be clear and consistent about its Veterans Day offer. The online ads said veterans could walk in for the free wings and fries. At the location I visited, staff said it was dine-in only. That caused confusion and inconvenience for many veterans expecting a simple walk-up option.
If the company wants to honor service members properly, it should make sure every location follows the same policy or update the advertising to reflect dine-in only. Clear communication matters, especially when it involves those who served.

I go at night after my work. I ask the sever we are ready to order, I got ignore by the server. When we order beer from the bar it take forever.

To go orders are NEVER ready on time. Save yourself a headache and show up half an hour after the time your order is supposed to be ready. Example, your order should be ready at 5pm, show up at the earliest 5:30pm.

Place is packed too noisy and roudy I know it's a sports bar but I've been to plenty and this one was annoying not just loud. We sat there for like 10mins before our server finally showed up and then waited like 45mins for our food. Which is good but nothing to write home about. Over all it was a 3 out of 5 experience would definitely go someplace else.

The female greeter last night definitely needs a course in customer service because she acted super bothered to seat 3 people, she is lazy and was sweeping and then grabbed the menus with dirty hands. Super disgusting.

This is for the BWW in Chula Vista/Otay Lakes. Food was good. Atmosphere usual crowd, sports on every TV screen. Our server wasn't very attentive. I had to constantly ask for napkins, utensils and the check. I only saw the server to take our order and to finally get the check. There wasn't a big crowd at 3:30 Thursday afternoon. I much prefer the one in Santee.

Disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings Went to B-Dubs with a group of 8, hoping to catch the fight at the bar and have a few drinks. We weren’t asking for a table—just bar seats. Instead, we were rudely told “no” without any explanation, just that they were “too busy.” No attempt to accommodate us or even show a little courtesy.
So we walked next door to Karina, and despite being busy, they welcomed us with open arms. Totally different vibe—friendly, appreciative, and happy to have us. We ended up spending over $500 there last night.
I guess Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t like money or treating potential customers with respect. Won’t be back.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. We ordered 4 things and each item came out 5-15 minutes apart from one another leaving some of us done before others. The last to come out we had to ask for. The manager brought it out with an attitude, dropped it and walked away without an apology. Service is awful here and will never be back.
