Wanted to give this place a chance, Orddered online through delivery.Half the order was missing, no sauces, no veggies and the food was thrown in boxes as if a toddler was packing the food.Called the restaurant to provide feedback/ request a refund for items missing. Was told by store manager that he was unable to process it and I would have to requested it online.I guess there is no more customer service for restaurants like Buffalo wild wings.Food might be good if you decide to dine in, but please do your self a favor and stay away from ordering online or takout, chances are you will be disappointed.

This is a real time review- we stood at the reception counter for 4 minutes before being acknowledged. That’s a first for me, they aren’t that busy. I’m not too hopeful of the food! We will see I guessUpdate- server is was great she really saved this review. Food was a solid 5 it was fast! Drinks were also fast! That’s not common but I guess it is when you’re not that busyMusic was entirely unenforceably unbearable but that wasn’t really a problemUltimately if this location works better on their front of house guest experience it will improve review’s significantly, despite the late recovery we probably would not eat here again though. Waiting as long as we did was ridiculous and it wasn’t even that busy

Took forever to attend to me place wasn’t even busy manager even saw me!!
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I suppose it's our fault for returning time and time again, but the location is convenient to our home. We must have ordered take out 10-15 times here and NOT ONCE was the order correct. EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess something up. Tonight was no exception. My Asian Zing cauliflower wings had no sauce on them at all, my mother ordered buffalo wings and there was barely any sauce. They put ranch on my wife's wrap when we asked for no ranch and they forgot a side of fries we ordered. The service is atrocious here.

During our dining experience my friend told the waiter that the phone on the table was not ours and she left it on the table still. Close to the 5th round of the main fight everything got distorted,One of the waiter and they know who they are came and asked if we had seen a knife and my friend and son which was only drinking water said no. 5 minutes later some other waiter comes to the table and grabs the phone and says why did we turn it off? and of course we never turned his phone off. So my friend says to prove that is actually his phone and a great debate started. Another manager a guy named Edgar or Edward comes and hands me my bill. I asked why we were getting our bill? He says is norm because people run out in the tab, keep in mind the establishment closes at 1am. I asked why we were getting our bill? He said everyone gets the bill. I told him it seemed funny since they just had a disagreement with the table manager.Keep in mind again the restaurant closes at 1am and is now 10pm. Turns around and tells the table next to me they are not getting charged for the UFC event, which is hilarious because what made him think we were paying for an event hosted by the restaurant.I paid the bill and still tipped my waiter even though she's forgot to mention to her boss we reported the phone. On my way out I asked, well I paid the bill and if we could sit at the bar even though I didn't agree with the accusation. Edward or Edgar the manager of some type said based on the incident he refused to serve us and I said well perhaps if your employees admitted they asked if we had seen a knife it be different, I didn't need their iPhone, I had no intention of stealing it, and it was straight unprofessional in the manner he handled the situation and he had the nerve to say his staff or waiter clearly didn’t say knife. Straight out disrespectful.I'm not a thief or a liar. I would ask the owner or someone who is actually in charge of making decision to think business not based on personal feelings to check the camera 12/16/25 from 7:30 pm to 1030pm to see if we grabbed that phone with an intention to steal it and if we were lying about reporting it to the waiter. Security surveillance doesn t lie.after I paid the bill and included the tip even after the fact. I asked edgar or edward whatever his name was and he responded that they refused to serve us.keep in mind I was not drunk/intoxicated or under the influence whatever you may refer it as, edgar/edward said to me that clearly they are used to loosing customers.

Chicken came out cold. Service was slow and understaffed for a Thursday night. Place was full of people waiting for food and kitchen was backed up. Poor planning by Management for a Thursday Night Charger vs Raider game. Need more staff in all areas, servers, kitchen, etc.

Love me some wings! We came here on Veterans Day, a very busy day for most restaurants. I want to say Buffalo Wild Wings provided the best deal for this holiday. My husband got 10 free boneless wings! Plus fries. Cmon, now that's a deal. There was a line out the door before they opened. The managers greeted us. The food was fresh and the wings were cooked to our liking. The fried pickles were a hit too. My husband and I were the first customers this day, but other people got their food before us. That's why I'm docking one star off. We had to wait pretty long for our food. Other than that, we love this Bdubs! I suggest coming here for watch sports games and enjoy some wings with your loved ones. Favorite flavors are; Asian zing and lemon pepper. All flats, duh!

I drove all the way here to pick up my Uber eats order for the manager to tell me they aren’t taking orders, even though it was open on Uber eats. When I asked the manager to cancel my order he said “call tomorrow”. Why would I need to call back for you to cancel my order? Uber eats charged me a “cancellation fee” for an order that the restaurant couldn’t fulfill. Terrible customer service.
Great place for wings, but the TVs are so loud you can't even talk with someone sitting across the table from you.
