The workers were nice. I just wanted to point out that this particular burger King booth walls and seats and above seats were all disgusting sticky fingers, food etc all over... the seats and walls of booths and over seat decor all need a sanitizer scrub. And control this problem it's like seriously dirty for a fast food place located in a nicer area like bonita. Very germy for sure just t9 touch anything in there. U can see the grime everywhere. Walls along where they put the hats just every freaking where!

It kinda sucks when you come to drive through And you have to wait in the parking lot for your food. Was the point of having a drive through if you're not gonna drive through and pick up your food you're gonna drive through pay and wait at the parking lot. They need to be better trained on how to push orders under 2 minutes. The obviously are not trained properly.

One of my order was missing. I order two whopper, large fries and a chicken sandwich and two cookies for $35 dollars. When got home ready to eat my food chicken sandwich was missing. I didn’t go back for that but I was so disappointed of the service.

My little girl ordered and spent the entire 20 I gave her ?. But everything was fresh. Cashier I was very polite and got my daughter's entire order on point.

There's is a promo of two sandwiches for $4.00 (single servings) and another of 2 for $5.00 (double servings). I paid 2 for $5.00 and was given the one (single servings $4.00). That's not good!

Food was good and served at the right temperature. The service was wanting. I wasn't greeted as I walked in. I went to the pick up area and asked for my food, the expediter/order taker just ignored me. I had to ask twice. He wasn't even busy because the place was empty. When I gave him my name, he asked me what I had ordered, I told him what I ordered and he said it wasn't ready, but there was a bag with my name on it sitting right there. So I asked him if that was my food and he said he didn't know, I said to him, it's got my name on it. He looked at the bag and said I don't know what's in it, it doesn't have the receipt, I said open it and check, he said he can't because it's sealed. Just then another employee walked up and asked me for my name, I said Mike, he handed me the bag. So I sat down and opened the bag and it was what I ordered, but there where no napkins, I asked for some and was told there are some next to the soda dispenser, but there weren't any, I asked again and they said to go orders usually don't get napkins. I got frustrated and went back to my seat to eat. I honestly don't understand what's the problem these days with these fast food places. Service is getting worse, while prices are going up and the food is get smaller.
Parking: 2 disabled spots in front with 4 normal ones. Across the lot there are 6 normal spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp and the doors are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Ordered pickup here through the app. It was ready surprisingly fast, and while the atmosphere and food itself were good, I can't help but talk about the service... The cooks in the back and what seemed like a manager were all smiling at me and very friendly. However the girl giving my order seemed rather angry.
Upon walking to the counter and giving her my name, she grabbed my bag and sat it down on the counter without a word, and went back to what I assume was bagging drive thru orders. I really didn't know if the bag she gave me was my entire order or just part of it and she was waiting for more, so I stood there for a while but she never looked at me again.
Thankfully some other helpful employee asked me what's up and I quickly explained the situation. She hears me talking and turns around and says "that's it" in an aggressive tone and goes back to what she was doing.
Overall the staff was nice and the food was good but if you encounter a lady with pinkish braids, good luck! She is angry.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to dine which is a rarity these days. I had to wash my hands after vacuuming my vehicle down the road and was impressed eighth how clean and bright it felt inside. I used the big app screen to order but a nice guy came out with a cup for me right on cue after I paid. I’m grateful they still have a lobby machine, I like making my own drink.
This gem is a last of its kind, please support it!

Went to this place for Dinner. We order and we ask to use the restroom. We were told they were close. My 13 year boy was told he could not use the restroom. Because it was company policy at 800pm. That it was a rule stablish by the manager a RULE because they were clean already.
