These people have shorted me out of food that I have paid for more than three times in the last week. I guess I give up on Burger King. Best part about the store is that they do not answer the phone!!! It’s at the Burger King on h Street went out of business when this is the one that should’ve run out of business

Finally, items at Burger King were delicious & tasted exactly the way they should! I'm visiting Chula Vista on Bonita Rd from Las Vegas for the week. It was too convenient to just get a feast from Burger King with my hotel right next door. The Whopper w/Cheese was awesome. The tacos were great. The onion rings were perfectly cooked. I even cheated on the sugar with a frozen coke. Everything was so very well prepared & nothing short of delicious. That fast food restaurant also looked super clean which was more than appreciated.
The Manager absolutely deserves a serious well done for a perfect Burger King experience. She should be training others in proper fast food management.

This place rushes to produce orders as expected but fails to adequately make the orders as they are appearing on their screen… like there is a miscommunication or they do not pay attention and look too fast.

Almost drove away but I thought I should look at my order… paid for 12 piece mozzarella sticks and got 8… so I’m like wtf… got a free large fry, literally not even in the bag… like two mess ups on a mobile order???? Plenty of time to make it with out error cause I wasn’t even at the window waiting for it yet!

They are stingy with sauces. I order specifically asking for 2 sauces. Upon handing the order to me there’s none in there. Attention to detail is an important skill that employees should know. In addition, BK is not doing well so for employees to disregard customer requests is ridiculous. You are hurting the company that pays your bills. Treat your customers with basic respect and don’t try to bamboozle us.

I ordered a double whopper with cheese and a large frozen cherry. When I got to the window I told the guy to check because he had put on the screen a small cherry frozen drink and double whopper with cheese. He corrected it and gave me the large drink and when he handed me the bag, I asked him again, is it a double whopper with cheese and he said yes he was sure. Well, when I get home and finally get ready to eat, I have a whopper with cheese. I called back to Burger King several times and no answer. I get so upset at the number of times my drive through order is wrong. From now on I will not move from the window until I open the bag and check my order. Since this happens whether the line is long or not. I will still take my time and not move until I get what I paid for.

I'm a late night person since I was 10 ?ears old so naturally I get to grocery stores and restaurants later then average. Usually I have a normal excellent respectful experience (regardless of how employees dislike people who come at closing which I totally understand). U fortunately
