The place is decent however he needs some more cleaning on the tables it seems like this place hasn't been updated for quite some time it looks a little bit different from other Burger Kings

I stopped by this Burger King After a long day of traveling! I will say that Martha the employee at the drive -thru has the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time! She deserves a 10/10 stars + a pay raise for being the best employee. Fast food restaurants need more staff members like her .

Honestly it’s this one guy who always works there and he was rude as life towards me over a drink I respectfully told him I didn’t like and I asked for a refund and he told me no then ignored me.

Cashier forgot to give mozzarella sticks, and sundae and dessert in the bag. I will not be going to this restaurant again. Cashier that I ordered from, barely could speak english. The other workers are very lazy.

I understand there are times when barely any people are scheduled for the day. However, the customer service at this location was awful. Multiple guests were waiting at the counter to be served, and not much attention was given from staff.
Male manager on 0705/25 was really rude and inconsiderate. Ordered drive thru and had to use restroom. As a pregnant woman with IBS it was URGENT! The manager rudely refused to let me use the restroom without proof of payment and demanded I go get my wallet from my car and purchase an item in order to use the restroom! Even after explaining situation and pleading he refused to have any compassion or sympathy! Demanded I place a dining room order to use restroom! I'm glad another female customer saw the interaction and decided to dine elsewhere. Definitely won't be back to this location EVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a Texas double whopper meal, and had asked what the difference was, and the drive thru operator was just impossible to comprehend. He told to come around to the front and give my order which I did. The burger he gave me was dry, had no condiments, no cheese, no bacon. The fries were cold, and the drink I asked easy ice on was completely filled with ice. As I was driving to a meeting I almost choked on the burger, and tried to wash it down, but ran out of drink.
