I ordered online but when i got to the restaurant the lady in the back saw me but ignored me as i tried to get her attention until 13 mins later another lady came out to help me turns out they hadnt even began to make my order even thought the restaurant was clearly empty i was so frustrated as i was short on time.

I'm not going to come back to this location anymore. I got their duo deal and I told them I had a tomato allergy and asked for my burger to be "meat and cheese" only. When I got my food, both burgers had tomatoes on it and I let the cashier know. The receipt said no ketchup but the person who took our order didn't say there was tomato. I explained what happened and she sighed as she took the burger to the counter inside. My friend (the driver) verbally insisted for her to remake the burger because it didn't appear that they were going to do that. Then, someone else (a manager maybe) came to the window and asked "so what's wrong with the burger" and I explained the situation again and he reluctantly took the burger back and remade another with the wrong cheese. That was less important but it certainly added a little pizzazz to an already frustrating experience.

Ordered a large fry and a small fry. The small had a lot more than the large when we tried to talk with the employee, she tried to take my tray saying she'd throw them away and get us new fries. There was no need to throw them away and I said it would be wasteful. And then she said, you got more fries in the small by mistake, and the large was the correct amount. There's no way, the container wasn't even full. What a rip off.It took them 50 minutes to refill syrup in the soda machine. Said that it was too busy when we asked about it. There was no one else in the dining area with us, we didn't see many cars in the drive thru. They weren't too busy. When they finally changed the syrup right before we left, it took only a few minutes.My son ordered the oreo shake. Don't waste your money on it. He didn't like it and ended up not finishing it.When we asked about one of the ingredients to check for an allergy, the worker brushed us off, saying she didn't know. She didn't even bother to go check.

Greedflation! A whopper & a medium drink for almost $14! Way outa line for fast food. Cashier was nice and suggested the 2 whopper jr for $ 5, which was more realistic.
