We go here every now and then and for the most part no complaints when we order in person. But when we order over the phone there is usually a mistake. A missing item (hot carrots or limes or tortillas, etc) or the wrong type of burrito. Stuff like that. This time I ordered flautas over the phone and when I got home they were rolled tacos. It’s not a huge deal but I was craving flautas and now the craving is unfulfilled.

Absolutely disgusting rolled beef tacos beans and rice plate ordered. The rolled beef tacos were frozen like the ones u buy at the grocery in a box that they deep fried. Presentation good topped with guacamole and cheese. The beans tasted to be from a can definitely not fresh. Wasted my money. Live and learn

My experience at this restaurant was disturbing and un called for. I ordered lunch for 4 and went to pay with my credit card. I rant the transaction 3 times and it said processing. The worker kept insisting it didnt go through even after I showed her 3 times it did from my bank app. My daughter in law had to pay before getting our food. I now have to dispute the charge and I live out of state.
I also tried to alter the food order of my burrito twice and she wouldn't accommodate me with that either.
I highly recommend you stay clear of this place. The customer service is extremely bad and they refuse to work with their customers.

Worst burrito I’ve ever had, the quesabirria was way too salty. I haven’t written many reviews but this place was so bad I had to.

Always have a good dining experience so far I've been to four of their locations and they have all been great, love their surf and turf fries.

The cash register girl on May 3rd around 11am (short, brown skinned girl)was extremely rude and had absolutely no professionalism/manners. I walked in , said good morning and was completely ignored . I paid , left and said thank you and once again wasn't even looked in the eye or acknowledged. Im never coming back here again The lack of respect or even making a customer feel wanted is unacceptable.

I have ordered from here for a few years and have always enjoyed the food. Even with the prices getting so high. But, today I ordered the El Diablo Shrimp Burrito, which is usually what I get. I was really disappointed to see how greasy the burrito is and how little the shrimp and rice was. Also the rice is not the same as before and was not cooked all the way. Really disappointing.
The Buffalo Chicken Fries were still good. Which was nice.
