Very nice staff! The Thai Iced teas are delicious here, such a nice local business, conveniently located across the park...good for strolling around the park and sipping an iced tea. The prices are reasonable too and they have a variety of pastries, the Ube are good.

Update: Cafe 86 contacted me after my review to refund money and also stated being unaware of someone needing a refund & asked me for proof of receipt. Thank you Cafe 86 !

Came in to purchase one of everything with hopes to buy more. There is street parking at this location, but I would recommend parkinging the in back. The storefront was inviting, and the decor inside was pleasing. Staff was friendly and was quick to say, "Hello." Ordered six different desserts plus two drinks. The upside-down halo halo is a must! Couldn't finish it one sitting, though. The desserts looked delicious and sweet.Never went back and got more. It was a pleasant experience, though.

Quiet Cafe to meet with ppl or study! Variety of Drinks: teas, milkshakes, espresso bar, milk teas, slushies, blended lattes, ...3 sandwiches. What this place is known for is the pastries! UBE EVERYTHING! Halo Halo as well! Obsessed over the ube truffle and Ube Butter Bar!Dietary restrictions: Contains egg, milk, nuts, shell fish, etc

I went to Cafe 86 with a friend after enjoying a satisfying Korean BBQ meal nearby. We were craving some dessert, and Cafe 86 seemed like the perfect place to satisfy our sweet tooth. We ended up trying the UBE BUTTER BAR and the Ube leche flan cupcake, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. The UBE BUTTER BAR had a sweet and rich buttery crust that provided a delightful base for the decadent filling. The combination of cream cheese, ube, and butter was simply indulgent. The flavors melded together harmoniously, creating a treat that was both satisfying and comforting. The Ube leche flan cupcake, on the other hand, featured a moist Ube cupcake topped with a rich and creamy leche flan. The flavors were well-balanced, and the texture was incredibly moist. However, I did encounter a slight disappointment during my visit. When I attempted to check in to Cafe 86, I realized that I had a saved check-in offer from a previous visit. I inquired with the guy/cashier about using it, but unfortunately, I was informed that there was a minimum purchase requirement to avail the offer. This left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as I had hoped to take advantage of the promotion. Nevertheless, the delicious pastries and the overall experience overshadowed this minor setback.Despite the hiccup with the check-in offer, I thoroughly enjoyed the pastries at Cafe 86. The UBE BUTTER BAR and the UBE LECHE FLAN cupcake were the highlights of our visit, and they definitely did not disappoint. The flavors were rich, the textures were delightful, and the overall presentation was appealing.I would gladly return to Cafe 86, not solely for the offer, but for the delectable pastries that left a lasting impression. The quality of their treats is certainly worth the visit, and I would highly recommend trying their UBE BUTTER BAR and Ube leche flan cupcake for an indulgent dessert experience.

A cute spot that has tons of ube desserts and drinks! My partner and I were craving a sweet treat and were in the area. My boyfriend got the Milo milk tea with boba, and I got the ube oreo milkshake with boba. We also ordered the ube truffle and it was sweet and indulgent. The service was fast, my drinks and dessert were ready within 10 mins!

Good coffee. Yet they offer more than coffee/lattes, teas, pastries, milk shakes, milk teas, slushes, and blended coffee. Very Clean, family friendly and inviting atmosphere. Modest prices. Indoor and outdoor dining available. We ordered a cookie butter latte and a vanilla latte. Both were good. Only one size available.

This is a really nice cafe. Teas, milkshake, coffees, pastries, and a few sandwiches. Everything is fresh and really good. Affordable. Parking really is bad. Street only or limited behind. Read the signs so you don't get

Good coffee. In my opinion, the place has no personality, no music playing and the restroom was flithy. The young girls are Inexperienced and timid and haven’t been trained in customer service. It seemed more like a club house of some sort not a coffee shop.

Overall 4.7/5 delicious pastries, on the pricier side though.Food: ube leche flan cupcake 5/5 so good. So moist. Perfecr une flavor and the leche flan isnt too sweet. A great size can get like 2 big bites or 4 regular bites. Filling. I crave them every once in a while! Ube truffles: 4.5/5 dense, moist, not sure if theyre still a thing i had them years ago hahah. Drink: upside down halo halo 4.4/5 ube slush with the jellies, boba on the bottom, leche flan, corn flakes and vanilla ice cream on top. It's a nice different version of halo halo but i wish it had more ice in it. It being 9$ was a bit much for me also.Hibiscus calamansci tea: 4.5/5 very good. You can taste the calamansci fer sure! But on the pricier side. Need to try more of their pastries they look bomb! I will be back for those and to try other drinks.
