Me and my daughter went to CPK after the movies tonight around 5:45pm on a Thursday. We were seated within 2 minutes but no one came to the table. There were waiters and waitresses around the restaurant conversing with each other, one even asked the table behind me if they were interested in dessert. Although there was a large party in the restaurant, they had already finished eating and were waiting for the check. After 15 minutes with no one even coming to the table to get a drink order or say hello, we left. This was unacceptable, horrible customer service.

Inside smelled of sewage so tried to sit outside. Sat for 15-20 minutes without having a drink order or anything taken at 1:30 on a Saturday. Returned menu and silverware and said we’d eat somewhere else and hostess seemed unfazed/didn’t question why we’d leave. Won’t be

This place has the best happy hour special in Otay ranch!! Personal pizza & pint of beer for $6, 1/2 off appetizers and drinks. I usually order the margarita, which never disappoints. All servers have been great, but Leslie is our favorite.

Luv the CPK lunch specials, soup & salad, all the CPK salads ,Sedona Tortilla Soup, Chicken Tequila Pasta, Garlic Cream Fettuccine, Five Cheese + Tomato Pizza, Wild Mushroom Pizza w/ Truffle Oil, & the Butter Cake... the oil herb dip is delish too w/ the sourdough bread ? don't forget he Take & Bake Pizza Rodrigo is the best Server ? always friendly & attentive!!!
I usually get the Carne Asada pizza and family orders some other things but it wasn't made the same and just didn't taste as good. Service is good, food just seems different from other locations.

Great food, love the pizza and salad. Artichoke dip was also really good. Great ambience for the family and service was great. I would totally eat here again. Must try for yourself.

I was visiting my in laws on 12/10. My mother in law has not been well. She wanted kung Pao spaghetti but it was late. I called the restaurant but i was told all phone orders had to be placed by 8:30pm. I asked if I could place my order in person. The person on the phone indicated I could place it in person. I made it to the restaurant and placed my order.I want to thank the cook Jesus Figueroa for his service, I know he was going to be off in minutes when I arrived. I am very appreciative and happy he stayed to take care of my order.When I got to the restaurant, the lead or manager greeted me and seemed bothered that I got to the restauran at 8:50. The lady took my order but she had an unfriendly attitude. When the cook was done, he called her over to let her know the food was ready, I heard him ask her if he should add bread and she said NO! I politely asked her for bread and she said, since we are now closed we do not have bread. I thanked her and she replied, next time you need to place your order by 8:30.What I want to say is that a customer should always be taken care of. I gave a tip and do plan to bring a nice gift to Jesus Figueroa for his excellent service.
