The best fried chicken I have had since moving to Vegas. Everyone there was so inviting . If you haven’t experienced them yet , please give them a try . I usually don’t do reviews but this one was a must. Will definitely be back for more .
When it comes to this restaurant the food is amazing. However, there customer service is beyond poor. I had an issue with me not receiving my food thru a third party, and the manager did not even offer an apology until I mentioned it to him. Captain Sam's Fish & Chicken offers delicious food in a unique, hole-in-the-wall setting inside a liquor store. The menu features items like the Fish Combo with rock fish and jumbo shrimp, chicken tenders, and sides like macaroni salad and coleslaw. Customers have praised the Cod fried fish, noting that they can also choose from Tilapia, Rockfish, or Catfish. The cornmeal batter is light and crispy, making the fish and shrimp enjoyable. Many have highlighted the flavorful fried chicken and seafood, describing it as out of this world. Although the prices are a bit high for the setting, the excellent service and tasty food make it worth a visit. Guests have also enjoyed the fried pickles and mushrooms, as well as the amazing fried okra and Hush Puppies, adding to the overall experience. The store is clean, and the customer service is impressive. Despite not having a sit-down option, many plan to return to sample different dishes, with some saying that takeout always tastes better.
