Bought 3 burgers and large fries. Fries were cold and hard like they sitting for hours. The burgers were dry and in hard cold buns. Threw them in the trash but fed one to the dog roaming the area. The only good thing was quick service, but crap food. I called up the place and was told to bring them back for an exchange. Not picking thru the trash and wasting the gas. The dog ate his, though, so it wasn't a total waste.

Don’t waste your time here, the shift lead has horrible customer service. I had a coupon for a free burger with a purchase of anything so i order an fries and burger, she was like no it’s buy an burger get one for a $1 i know how to read so i try showing her the it wouldn’t look at it just go I don’t have for free. I tried using the self serve cash register press the wrong one button go to edit but you need a manager pin to do so when I ask her to help remove it she go cancel the whole thing “ I can’t needs you” “ no cancel it” rolled her eyes then walk around annoyed like sorry I’m asking you to do your job. Unhelpful and rude. The shift lead that working at 1pm May 30 2025 needs to be let go or better trained. So I went to the one by the Hst trolley instead and theses guys are amazing

I will never eat here again ! I saw cook rub his nose with plastic food gloves, while making food, then he came to bathroom for #2 and didn't wash his hands. No water, no moisture hands 100% dry . Disgusting Im done with all fast food in South bay.

Every time I have ever gone through the drive thru they have me pull up and wait. Every. Single. Time. At times they'll have up to 3 cars pulled ahead.
Edit: 4 years later and nothing has changed. It's not possible to go thru this drive thru without being pulled forward.

They put that goofy ass AI to take your order. What a joke. Charged me full price using my rewards, strike two. Tried to get the drive through attendant to adjust the price at the window-epic FAIL. Strike three I’m out. I’ll go across the street to Church’s fried chicken for half the price. See ya!
