Every time I have ever gone through the drive thru they have me pull up and wait. Every. Single. Time. At times they'll have up to 3 cars pulled ahead.
Edit: 4 years later and nothing has changed. It's not possible to go thru this drive thru without being pulled forward.

They put that goofy ass AI to take your order. What a joke. Charged me full price using my rewards, strike two. Tried to get the drive through attendant to adjust the price at the window-epic FAIL. Strike three I’m out. I’ll go across the street to Church’s fried chicken for half the price. See ya!

Stopped going here since they put those robots that take your order got my order wrong like 4 times and still even had trouble getting it corrected . Once the order FINALLY appeared correct got my order and still have food missing and got over charged. Won’t ever come back to this Carl’s Jr ever again . Miss the old customer service when you can actually speak to a human then this modern technology. Would leave 0 stars if I could .
