This location has been the best of Southern California that I have visit. First of all the service of the cashiers have been excelent helping us choosing the burger that we wanted it. The quality of the food was on point, all of our items were hot and made at the moment. The store and the beverage bar were super clean even at rush hours, looks like the people working there need a rise being honest.

Whenever I go to this Carl’s Jr the service is consistently bad and they never make shakes at this location, Carl’s Jr might as well take the shakes off the menu.

I have mobility issues and I had a hard time getting in and out of the restaurant none of the employees helped I ordered a California classic double and it looked like a quarter of the size of one at the lemon Grove less than a week ago and they tried to charge me like $0.30 for a single size of lettuce and $0.30 for a single slice of tomato which is a total rip off and then I tried to charge me for extra pickles and extra mail as well $0.30 each The burger looks like it belonged on a dollar menu not on a $10 meal The employee barely spoke any English I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody other than the atmosphere being clean I wrote a reported it to help inspectors but I'm definitely going to probably report it to the better business bureau

I've waited over 8 mins in the drive thru to get my order and on top they got my order wrong. I went inside of the restaurant to get my missing food and the employee inside literary said to me it was my fault and she wanted to give me a lecture.
