I've waited over 8 mins in the drive thru to get my order and on top they got my order wrong. I went inside of the restaurant to get my missing food and the employee inside literary said to me it was my fault and she wanted to give me a lecture.

Place has gone downhill for a while now. In the last year, my orders have been wrong 4 times out of about 10 visits. I only drive through. So, having to return is a pain. Every single time I visit, however, the person at the window asks me to drive around and park to wait for my order. I understand that they probably get scored on their widow turn time, but moving people alone just get their time down dishonest. I can understand during busy times, but my last 10 visits!... That's wild. Rather, identify your problem and fix it from within. From order accuracy to turntime. Your competition has it figured out. Other Carl's have it figured out.

Excellent service, friendly employees, great atmosphere. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Guacamole Bacon Burger, and it was very good, fresh and quality ingredients, my milkshakes were delivered on time and really delicious. ?

On three separate occasions the drive thru person asked me to pull around and wait for them to bring my order, rather than handing it to me through the window. On 2 of those occasions there wasn't a single car waiting behind me. This is clearly something management is asking them to do for some reason. I don't know the reason but I won't be back.

I went today during my lunch time since it was one of the quickest options with a drive thru. I ordered a double carl and got a famous star with a single meat instead. I didn’t realize until I was back in my office. So disappointed I didn’t get what I paid for…

Literally walk to Carl’s Jr. close to my house to order a salad and he tells me we don’t sell salad If you guys can easily put lettuce and tomato on a burger Then you can easily sell salad!!!
