Usually my family enjoys the food quality here but today's service & product were not good. We picked up our food around 2:45pm and the window guy seemed to have cared less about life in general. Probably won't be returning to spend our hard earned money again any time soon.

Food were cold and you have to order thru a system so you can't ask any questions.
The self service checkout at the Chula Vista / Otay Ranch location is a joke. The restaurant has just spun one of their point of sale machines around to face the customer. There is no simplified interface for customers to use. This was confusing to almost everyone in line and resulted in a long queue to order food. The staff ignored customers in line and did not offer to ring people up on the other register to speed things along.
The food was as expected for Carls Jr though prep time was slow. The iceberg lettuce on my burger was soggy and did not appear to be fresh. Par for the course for this particular location.
