TOO REAL TO BE TRUE!
Today I just had a beautiful experience with my family, there are 4 of us, my dad, my mom, my brother and me.
It is a small but nice place, the attitude of the workers is excellent and not to mention the food is delicious (for me, the loin cake is delicious) they take just enough time for a delicious meal, in my case it took 20 minutes.
After the meal you can order a dessert (they are all delicious).
The atmosphere of the place is silent and with music (I loved the type of songs they played).
The prices are not exaggerated nor cheap, they are adequate, for a meal and drink of 4$60 dlls they are adequate and the price was not exaggerated to me like in other places.
Without a doubt one of the best places you can go to eat, of course I will come again.
I don't know why this place is not famous or recognized, without a doubt it does not have the RECOGNITION that it should HAVE.

Kid-friendliness: Beautiful place to go with family…

The food is always great and the place is always clean. They have fast service; however, my parents went there on Wednesday and they had the worst experience with two ladies working there. One of them black hair with highlights and glasses and the other with blonde hair slightly older they were being so rude and made the order my parents placed how they wanted to make the order. My parents ordered two milanesa tortas one no onion and one no beans y a special torta, strawberries, chamango and juice. They did both milanesa tortas as if they had said “extra onions and no avocado on both.” I remember taking at least 3 oz of onions from my torta alone.

My father asked to the cashier “what was the difference between a biónico and a escamocha” and those two ladies answered “one has ice cream and one doesn’t” but in a really bad tone of voice. They were being really rude as if they didn’t want to do their job or to work there.

I get that customer service is hard but why make it harder on people and themselves?

This is not the only time this has happened with those two ladies. Every time I go and they are working there they always have a long face like they don’t want to be there.

I will have to think again before I go back, I’ll make the trip to a farther place that sells the same thing if I get better customer service.

In contrast, there is another lady with lighter skin and light brown hair who is always so nice and makes sure the orders are correct. Sadly I do not know her name but she is always wearing a low ponytail and a braid.

The changomania was childhood in a cup. I grew up in Tijuana and the flavors of it really took me back. Tastes exactly the same as stuff you’d get down south. Nearly cried while eating it because it brought back memories.

Today Thursday April 4, 2024 5:40 pm I went with my partner to buy and the Service was so terrible, the girl was rude, reckless, not at all friendly, the truth is it was a HORRIBLE experience to be treated like thisThe girl has glasses and a lady who was workingHonestly, it's better to avoid this place.Honestly, if you are going to have such horrible customer service, you better not bother coming to this place. That girl with glasses is such a horrible person, she serves you as if she were doing you a favor.I hope they do something about it

This is by far the best torta in town!!! I order a turkey torta and they have not failed at all since I’ve been coming here (about 10 times in the past 2-3 months). They really fill it up with the turkey and the chipotle is such a bonus! The cheese is so nicely melted and the bread itself is so good. I always order over the phone and when they say it’ll be ready in a certain time they are on point! I always arrive and straight to paying! (Unless there’s a line of course) Definitely my go to spot above others I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend you come here.

Absolutely fabulous and substantial sized sandwiches and tortas! We were so pleasantly surprised. I recommend the jalapeños on the side instead of inside the sandwich.
