Worst experience every time. How hard is it to put proper sauce on a door dash order??? I ordered 12 piece chicken nugget and got two sauce- I ordered a kids combo and got hot sauce and mustard. 50 dollar order on door dash and you can’t be kind enough to give the correct sauce. I called the manager today 08-05-25 at 12:49 pm and she seems as if she can care less and states- I’ll talk to them about it- that’s it. The most unapologetic apology with a hit of humor to her tone. . This new generation of customer service is truly rude and horrible. Chick fil an and DoorDash will no longer be getting my business.

I messed up my order and forgot large fry for grandkids, the employee at the window thru it in anyway due to not having tablet. I felt like they actually cared about customers service. My bill was over $30 but one grandkids would have been unhappy. Thanks for the save.
The line in the Drive-Thru was so long but I had never tasted chick-fil-A plus I was starving and we were all alone my husband and I ( no kiddos ) so we had some time ..well we finally got to the part were we order but someone had taken our order already with a iPad she came to our window.. that was cool cause she was really nice and answered all my questions . Well just ordered a chicken sandwich plain no mayo but letter and tomato and pickles yes 👍 oh my Goodness it was the most juicy and not greasy just perfect fresh crisp tangy sandwich I’ve ever had it was worth it .. thank you guys I’ll wait in line any time ♥️

We’re big fans of Chick-Fil-A but unfortunately this location is always lacking when it comes to our mobile orders or drive thru orders. Too often, we come home to find out parts of our meal are missing. Such a bummer.

Did a mobile order which I’m used to just going through the drive thru but I had to wait on the side (maybe this location is different) waited for 15 mins and then canceled my order because everyone from the drive thru was getting in and out. I was told I would get my refund it’s been a week. $15 for no food and no refund.

This establishment continues to fail in delivering basic services. Tonight, my wife, after a long day from work, visited the drive through to pick up dinner for our granddaughters. The sprite was flat and they failed to pack both chicken meals leaving out the chicken nuggets from one order. So back in the car she goes to resolve this. Time spent on what should be basic quality control is a theme and unacceptable. It happened to me when buying in the past. My wife's mistake was not checking the order before pulling off. However, the flat sprite is a new low. Fast food is no longer inexpensive. They need to do better. I would avoid this particular location if you have options.
