My take out order was stolen from the take out area. The employees do not check which customers or delivery drivers are taking each take out order. This is a horrible policy by Chick-Fil-A. I showed the cashier my name and she confirmed the order was made and now missing from the take out area. I had to wait twenty minutes for the order to be made again. I had to ask for help multiple times to finally receive my missing take out order.

By far one of THE BEST Chic Fil A’s I’ve been to!!! Their Mac and cheese and nuggets are the bomb! It taste so different from other chains not to mention your food is always piping HOT!

I deliver to the Walmart in the same parking lot and i ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAAAYSSS stop here and get food no matter what!

I dont know what it is about this chick fila but it is always slow, even when you order ahead. I would suggest just going through the drive threw and not ordering ahead, but they also make quite a few mistakes. I have never had issues at other locations, just this one.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Chick-fil-A for going above and beyond for me today. I ordered through UberEats - 30 count nuggets and 2 large fries. But the driver only delivered the fries. Since there was no way to contact the driver after the order was completed, I called the restaurant directly.
They immediately checked and confirmed that the bag of chicken had been left behind. Without hesitation, they offered to personally deliver the missing order to my home. Cynthia, the supervisor, personally drove it to me with a warm smile and the kindest attitude.
Not only did they make a fresh batch of nuggets, they also added 6 cookies as a sweet surprise.
I’m genuinely so grateful for their kindness, urgency, and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Chick-fil-A, and a special shoutout to Cynthia for going the extra mile. You truly made my day!
