This one for some reason is hit or miss with the service. We have had maybe one great server there I wish I remembered her name. Everyone else just never offer refills. Twice now they bring the main before a starter salad. Food is always good but service is not the best we just order to go sometimes

Just so you know, we don’t dine at corporate, franchise, chain restaurants often. It’s probably mom & pop/independent eateries 90% & chain restaurants 10%. But two friends of mine independently told me that Chili’s has a pretty good burger! I looked Chili’s up and discovered they offered a “3 for me” $10.99 special which featured a smash burger so I figured the planets were aligning for me to check out their delicious burger. We dined here on a Thursday during happy hour & sat at the bar. Jesse, our bartender took great care of us. I ordered the 3 for me with their Big Smasher, fries, house salad, & unsweetened iced tea. The wife got their $16.99 classic 6oz sirloin steak w/ steamed broccoli & a house salad. She also got a premium margarita. My pals were right! Their smash burger was delicious (well portioned, tasted similar to a Big Mac but way better, fries were cooked crispy). The wife’s steak was cooked at the perfect temperature. Jesse’s service was on point. Our bar area wasn’t ready for new patrons as the counter was still not cleaned from the last customer. Restrooms were clean. All in all, for the price, you can’t beat Chili’s 3 for me!!! I’ll be back because you’d almost be paying the same price for some fast food combos, why not get full-service with a much better environment? Had our bartender not been great, I would’ve given Chili’s a solid 4 stars, but because Jesse took great care during our visit, they get a 5!

I recently visited this restaurant, which is part of a well-known chain, and I must say the food was just as delicious as I’ve come to expect from their other locations. Everything was well-prepared and full of flavor.
The staff were friendly—not overly warm, but polite and professional enough to make the experience pleasant.
As for the atmosphere, it was okay. The place wasn’t particularly clean, but it also wasn’t dirty. Just average. Still, it was comfortable enough for a nice meal.
Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try, especially if you already like the food from this chain. It’s a solid choice for a casual dining experience.

Chili's on East H Street is my go-to when I want good food, cold drinks, and zero hassle. The staff is always friendly and on top of things — you’re never sitting there wondering if you’ve been forgotten. The food is consistently solid, and I have to give a special shoutout to their chicken wings — dangerously good. Add in their all-weekend-long happy hour and, well... let’s just say I’ve “accidentally” stayed longer than planned more than once. It’s clean, comfortable, and always hits the spot. Great place to kick back, catch a game, and pretend you’re only having one drink. Highly recommend!

I usually come to Chili’s 3 to 4 times a month, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a meat dish that made both me and my daughter sick — she only took 3 bites and felt unwell shortly after. My mother tried just a small, dried-out piece and also didn’t feel great. On top of that, the mashed potatoes were clearly old and dry.
When I brought it up to the waiter, she was kind and helpful — she brought out fresh mashed potatoes and a small new portion of meat. I appreciate the customer service, which was the only positive part of this visit.
But honestly, the food quality needs serious improvement. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to pay for a meal that ends up making your family sick. I really hope management takes this seriously — we’ve been loyal customers, but it’s not worth risking our health.

Always the same service and good food no matter which location I’ve been to. I must say this way better than going to a FF joint because you get so much more for your dollar. I have stopped eating FF and just go here. They have the best deals for you if you wish to budget. They are easy on the pocketbook that’s for sure. And again thanks for the wonderful service!

Usually go to the one on Birch Road but wanted to try this one. Ordered the ultimate Cajun pasta and asked for no onions or tomatoes, but received onions, tomatoes but no chicken. I had to wait for them to remake mine correctly. My wife ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad, but received raw chicken. They remade her salad, but she waited so long for it she had it boxed to go. Even my daughter’s chicken strips were tough and dry. There was no comp or anything to make up for our horrible dining experience. Having worked in customer service in the restaurant industry this was unacceptable. We will not be returning.
