I ordered the five piece chicken tender meal and ended up getting six pieces of chicken. Very crispy. Fries and mac & cheese were delicious. Loved the honey mustard sauce.

I’ve lived here for 10 years and this used to be a good Chilis spot, not anymore the good people have been run out of town the service sucks and the food is not good anymore. They didn’t clean the bar and we left sticky from old drinks. Youve been warned.

I usually go to the bar at chili's to get a few drinks and watch a game or two. I usually got to the East H st and more recently been going to Eastlakes. The bartenders mainly a lead I see (Andy) has been doing an amazing job, but they seem to have stock issue specifically for my favorite drinks.... and for more than a week which is not acceptable. Management get your stuff together and support these hard workers....

I recently visited Chili's at Otay Ranch and had an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the barbecue dishes. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a casual meal. Highly recommend it!

Horrible service and manager. With bad service leading to food getting cold and making the atmosphere unfriendly. Would not recommend going here especially not for any person going on a date.

Great salads. Hate that they eliminated the Caribbean Chicken Salad from the menu. There are great options for a good, inexpensive lunch. The Dip Trio is great, although a bit pricey; I usually order salsa, guacamole, and white queso.

Last Saturday, we went to Chili's, for dinner. It was four adults and 2 children. The four adults had the 10.99 special and the children had the kids meals. When we paid the bill we noticed something wrong, the total was over $120 . We called the waiter over and brought it to her attention and she went off to talk to her manager. She came back and told us that they would give us a refund of $35. Now it's just about a week and no refund. We will not be returning that's for sure!

It's a good place to go drink a relax with coworkers after a long shift
