We were denied access with a stroller by a waiter at the fronts, and then 6 other people walked in with a stroller and weren’t told anything.
We were then denied a boaster chair for our 11 month old, by the same waiter, which made no sense either.
Very judgement and rude waiter if I’m being honest. I wouldn’t come back, just because why were we denied to have our stroller, but everyone else was allowed to have a stroller? Why were we denied a boaster seat when we have a baby? None of it made sense.

Good service with a smile. Felt like I was attended to. Food was great and served out quick.

We come to this location often and we had never received service as amazing as what our server AIDAN provided. Super attentive and what matters the most an amazing positive attitude all around !!!!! He even did some magic tricks for us such a nice guy !!! Wishing you the best AIDAN!!! he def deserves a raise/promotion thankyou!

For many years we have dined several times a month at this location, always sitting at the bar. The service from the bartenders has and continues to be excellent. However, the alcohol choices have been severely reduced and the food quality has become very inconsistent. They now offer one red and one white wine, both cheap house wines. IPA beers have been reduced and the most popular brands have been eliminated. Even spirit brands have been greatly reduced. We ordered an Old Timer burger cooked medium with some pink. The patty was so overcooked that it was charred on both sides and crunchy throughout. This has happened with other meal choices all too frequently. There are many other casual dining options within walking distance of this location and we are rethinking our decision to continue frequenting this Chili’s location. We are very disappointed.

I've been coming here for years, and this one in particular has improved dramatically since my first time here. The food is consistently excellent, and the service people are also great. Chili's seems to really understand what differentiates an average dining experience with a very good one, so they are getting a lot more of my business than other restaurants these days.

I ordered the five piece chicken tender meal and ended up getting six pieces of chicken. Very crispy. Fries and mac & cheese were delicious. Loved the honey mustard sauce.
