The service was great, but the food was "meh." The original chips were stale, and the replacement bowl wasn't much better. Their famous ribs were even that great. We were greatly disappointed.

Chilis has gotten 1000% better!!! The old timer is soo fressh and good!! I love chilis! I cant get enough of it! Me and my girlfriend always sit at the bar and the bartenders are the best! So friendly and nice! Shout out to the bartenders!!!!

Great service. Once you come inside, they are waiting to greet you with a big smile. Your server arrives as soon as you're seated taking your order or just giving your drink while you're making a decision about what to eat. The food arrived not so slow or fast (during busy time), just perfect. What I like the most is that this place is for everyone, especially for the whole family. And when kids make a mess or after each guest eat, they clean everything (table, chairs and floor), they don't push the trash on the floor and leave it like some other restaurant. Chillis Otay Ranch is a great place to eat.
