Chicken katsu was really good! Moist and tender and the top was perfectly crunchy. Salad was fresh and miso soup wasn't too salty. Gyoza wasn't oily. All in all good for a price. I just wish they offer variety of drinks like milk tea or boba.

Today we decided to visit this place to have dinner. We ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan and the Salt & Pepper Tofu. I had the Miso Soup. Both entrees were delicious as well as my soup. It is a place I would go back to eat

Worst experience I have had since living here. I was really excited to try their Bento box and ordered it through their website for delivery. Apparently their delivery service is DoorDash so this is a two-way complaint. On the first attempt I was texted a link that my driver was on the way with my order and then notified it was delivered. It was not. I then tried to look for contact information for the driver, got nothing which I found odd. So I then called the store and they took no responsibiity saying that it was the DoorDasher's fault but that they would remake the food if they resend the order over (even though I order from the store's website to begin with). So what do I do, I reachout to DoorDash thinking no problem. They tell me they tried to contact the driver and were unable to (sketchy) and then they said that they would request for a remake and my food would be delivered soon. Second attempt: they sent my a link and I watched as multiple drivers appeared and disappeared off of my order and eventually it was cancelled. I then called the store with them telling my that THEY were never sent the order which still does not make sense since I order through the store website and they told me I need to call DoorDash. So I call Doordash and explain the situation again and that this has been going on for over 2 hours and no one is taking control of the situation regarding this order. The rep tried to reach out to the store with them saying that there was no manager on duty but to try tomorrow. So I ended up ordering food from another resturaunt but was told that DoorDash would begin the refund process. I then got an email from doordash saying that they "were unable to reach the store for refund..." which was more frustrating since the rep had told me they would begin the process thinking that meant I would get my money back. SO I end up calling the next day AND AGAIN still no one will give me money and I got no food. This has been the worst experience I've had ordering food online and will not even try this place because between the store and DoorDash both just passing the buck I'm disappointed.

They close at 9pm, make sure that you arrive before 8:30pm, otherwise they won't serve you, only to go ....

My favorite place to eat when I'm in Chula Vista. I usually order Chow fun & Mongolian Beef. I'll usually try something I haven't ordered before as well.. Nice friendly staff, and big portions.

Goopy nasty orange chicken is not what I asked for. Their 3.5 rating is well deserved. I've been going here and putting up with poor serve for too long. I brought the goopiness up to the attention of the TO GO associate and she said she couldn't do anything about it. Customer satisfaction is definitely a thing of the past at this restaurant. I live across the street and it was really just kinda convenient. I'm done making that mistake.

Had several sushi rolls, soup, fried rice, noodles, and a few other dishes. We ended up eating family style with large portions that everyone shared. Everything was fresh and delicious, and we had plenty of leftovers even with everyone eating until full. Staff was very friendly, though they did seem a little overly busy. I would definitely come back again.

The Chinese food seems fine to me, and the dual restaurant concept is really convenient when some in your group want Japanese food instead, but the Japanese half of the menu is underwhelming: acceptable but not interesting.Or maybe it was just an off night for the Japanese food chefs? I seem to recall it was tastier Before COVID-19.
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of sushi came with an order. The food was good and so was the service.

I’ve ordered from this place like 30 times the same exact order and even tho they messed up I still gave the multiple chances by coming back.Today I call and unfortunately the lady on the other hand completely lied to me about them ‘not being able to deep fry the sushi’.I’ve gotten my sushi deep fried there from day 1.I used to think this was a professional establishment who made some mistakes on busy days but now I am convinced this is one of those knock off places you see on tv.Don’t come here, they look at you like dollar signs and don’t see you as human beings so obviously they won’t treat you like one either. Don’t waste your time here
