Normally love chipotle but this is an absolute joke , $13 for this burrito and it’s the size of my palm completely ruined my day, avoid this location at all cost , the chipotle downtown doesn’t try to jip you.

First we started off with a weak ahh scoop of chicken, asked for a bit more and dude says “double?”. Okay sure, then dude wraps it like this😭. Minor inconvenience but for $20 at least wrap it correctly. Now my hands are full of guac. Let’s normalize walking away if we start off with a baby ahh scoop of protein. Acting as if the chicken comes out of their check. At least the food made it in the bag.

The quantity they give is for the meat is literally peanuts...it's a joke. Almost as if they are getting rewarded to give you half a serving of meat. It's ridiculous. Choose a different outlet. They even refuse to add a litt more (fulls serving) if you request them to. Avoid this one.

The food that they gave us was open and it spilled all over me, my partner, and his car!!
It was very hot food and it created a huge mess. I wouldn’t recommend to come here as you’ll have the same experience. I will be requesting for refund. This was absolutely ridiculous

I walked in and it had a foul smell. All the tables were dirty. There was food on the floor, and the service was very slow. The place disgusted me, so I didn't even eat there.

I think a shift lead at register asked the worker if I had guacamole on my burrito, didn't her him even answer and tried to charge $16 instead of 13. I think It's rude not asking me about the guac and trying to charge me extra for something I didn't get. Steak was fatty AF and burrito not rolled right too. These over charges that people try to slide in should be a thing if the past. The burrito is already almost double than what it was a few years ago. And Chipotle? I thought they were trying to save the company, maybe they are finally about to sink?

Honestly, chipotle has gotten so expensive and their portions have gotten so small. I tried the new honey chicken and it was pretty good but I would by lying if I said that between seeing how underfilled they made my bowl and how expensive it had gotten that I wasn't tempted to lie and say I forgot my wallet in the car so I could leave and go someplace more reasonably priced. I paid $17 for a bowl that I was able to see the bottom on around the entire perimeter and a bag of chips without a drink. For some reason they keep the front foor facing the street locked? I used the restroom to wash my hands and the toilet had flooded the whole bathroom and the bottom of my pants were wet my entire visit. All of the tables were dirty and I never once saw an employee clean the lobby even when there weren't customers in line. Overall, I'm super disappointed in my choice to eat here and it will likely be my last time spending money at chipotle.

How are prices going up but getting less food? I was so shocked watching this girl prep my food. I’m like where is the fooood!!? Literally put half a spoon of chicken half a spoon of beans like a sprinkle of everything else. I had to keep saying can you add moreee cuz there’s nothing here. It’s really ridiculous ! Is this coming out of their checks ???

DISGUSTING!! Lettuce was old and soggy! Literally nothing was fresh. Paid $18 for minimal amount of protein and soggy lettuce! Sticking to making my own bowls. Don’t forget the terrible service and rude employee. Also, the least you can do is clean the serving areas. I saw one employee putting cheese that fell on the table back into the bucket. YUCK 🤮
