Chipotle Mexican Grill

Serving portion is HORRENDOUS. Like I'm not expecting a full bowl but holy smokes.

I ordered a burrito here around 4:30pm May 24th and had a great experience. Food was perfect, and the employees were really nice and helpful!

I’ve visited this Chipotle location a few times, and I have to say, it’s the only one I’ve experienced where they give you the smallest portions of meat. I’m not sure if it’s due to different management or specific instructions, but it's really disappointing. This is the only Chipotle in my area, so I have no other options, but it’s frustrating to consistently receive such small portions compared to other locations. Hopefully, they can improve this and offer a more reasonable serving.

My first time at this location and this place is so dirty. The first guy was nice and started my bowl but as he’s still talking/helping me the second girl (I think the team lead) is already asking me if I want salsa etc and all fast.. like don’t rush me. The nice guy offered us free tortillas that the customer ahead of us canceled and homegirl gave it to someone else. There are no other customers here and they could be cleaning but instead they’re throwing lettuce at each other, loudly joking inappropriately, talking about the chicken not being cooked and threw it back on the grill. They have their personal belongings on the tables made for customers and they are talking about expired food while my husband and I sit here and eat.

I don’t know what has gone on with this place but the last few times I’ve come here, it has been bad service, with the server giving attitude and hardly any protein in my bowl to where I had to ask for another scoop because the amount they gave me was only had a scoop full. Then I ordered a side of chips, I should have taken it out and check it because when I got home the chip bag had only like 10 chips inside. What is up with that??? Very disappointed.

Always a disappointment when I come here. I live right around the corner and any Chipotle will better than this one. They just don’t handle your food with respect. The burrito is always busted and the work area is always disgusting. It’s just an uncomfortable atmosphere period.

Apparently they charge $1.70 to put a normal amount of shredded cheese in your bowl now, and I’ve never seen the grill here clean it’s always filthy.

They spend so much time making take out orders they only have one person for the long line of people waiting to offer! Those in line are always second to anything else going due to lack of staff. Drink area is always dirty, tables are always dirty. Maybe if the CEO took a pay cut they could afford more people!

Dining room is always trashed. Ridiculous that you cant spare a person to tidy up by wiping down tables, pushing in chairs, and spot sweeping the floor for debris.

The drink station/soda fountain is always sticky and disgusting.

*Disappointing Experience at Chipotle Chula Vista*

I visited the Chipotle location in Chula Vista, CA, and was thoroughly disappointed with the state of the restaurant. Upon entering, I was greeted by a scene of disorganization and neglect.

- Tables were littered with leftover food and dirty, with no apparent effort to clean them.
- Chairs were scattered haphazardly throughout the restaurant, many of which were also dirty.
- The soda dispenser was malfunctioning, making it difficult to get a drink.
- To make matters worse, there were no straws or lids available for soda cups.
- The menu was also incomplete, with no lemonade or watermelon drinks available (as shown in the attached picture).

Overall, my experience was marred by a lack of attention to detail and a general sense of disarray. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and provide a cleaner, more welcoming environment for customers.
