Chula Vista Brewery of Eastlake

I brought a group of about 50 military veterans from the San Diego Chapter of Veteran Beer Club to this location for a networking event. I can't say enough good things about Tim and his fantastic staff that hosted us for our monthly event. The atmosphere was perfect with great beverages and an outstanding selection of food to include a tasty smoked meat selection. We will be back for sure.

Beer is okay. Service is worse. No interest in helping the customer with anything. Menu options, table service nothing. Just hanging out behind the bar.

Nice place I escaped a bday party next door and hoped for a good beer and 5 minutes of peace. I got the peace which was great but the beer seemed flat and just had no flavor. I purchased a 4 pack to take home and thought let's give it another shot, unfortunately just didn't exceed my expectations and I'll leave it at that :(

I came for eating at Birria Kings on cinco de mayo .
So I ordered a beer since the Chula Vista brewery didn’t offer a margarita. lol it was cinco de mayo that’s what I was craving . So I compromised for a beer . The real reason I gave 5 stars ⭐️ is because of the live music ?! I enjoyed how the musician played music for us dining in . He even asked people dining in which song we wanted him to play next . I liked that !

Nope!!! SO freaking loud, zero direction, and terrible service! Not sure if this a night club or a brewery. Could not believe how incredibly loud the music was.

Not just for nightlife. Legit stop for lunch and a light brew. Friendly beer tenders, sports on TVs everywhere, all positive vibes. Will return and plan my date with the Tesla charger just steps away to maximize efficiency.

🙂👍DJ's, comedy, and lot of fun events!

We walked in, and we did not know where to sit. Apparently you seat yourself, but no one even comes up to tell you that. Additionally the only way you can order is with your phone. No one helps you with that either. We ordered two beers and they brought us two very small beers. Actually, scratch that, they didn’t even bring them to us because they took so long. My wife went to the counter to get them. Additionally, to even order food you have to go inside. Why? I don’t know. we ended up leaving after one tiny beer because the service was so bad. This was at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night 9/9. The place looks nice, but with any business in the service industry a nice atmosphere is no substitute for good service. And this brewery has none of that.

It was SBMS's reunion for all the employees for the last 20 some years. It was the best time. Service was great. The atmosphere was fantastic and the DJ was also great.
